Taking a comfortable seat,
Push down into your legs,
Lift your spine tall.
Close or lower your eyes.
Bring your awareness into the present moment.
Notice your body.
Bring your attention to your breath moving in through the nose.
Now breathe in comfortably through the nose.
Exhale.
You can let it out through your mouth or your nose,
But make your exhalation longer than your inhalation.

With each exhalation,
Begin to let go of the past memories,
Ruminations,
Regrets.

Start to let go of the projections,
Your hopes,
Your fears of the future.

As you exhale,
Let your awareness settle into your body in the present moment.
Every exhalation your body relaxes more.
As you inhale,
You feel energy filling into the lungs,
Into the body,
And the exhalations allow you to let go.
Relax.
Let go of the control of your breath.
Let it go back to its natural rhythm.
Bring your attention to your mind,
The space behind your forehead,
And clear your mind.
Nothing but space.
In the space of your mind,
Recall a time from your past where you accomplished a goal,
Set out an objective to achieve,
And you achieved it.
Maybe at work,
Or home,
Or perhaps a personal goal of yours.
Recall a time from your past where you achieved a goal.
Think about the mindset that you had,
The strength of will,
The determination,
The discipline,
The focus.
Notice the qualities you possessed to accomplish that goal.
Now recall the feelings,
The emotions that you held when you manifested this goal.
If it helps,
You can name them to yourself.
As you do,
Feel those feelings.
Recreate the feelings in your body.
Allow your body to remember these feelings as if it's happening right now.
Breathe.
Intensify the feelings in your body.
Recall the thoughts that you held,
The beliefs you held,
To help you to overcome obstacles,
Challenges.
Now as you feel the feelings,
As you hold the beliefs,
Empower yourself with the vision of yourself,
Inspired by your feelings.
Remember who you were.
Let those feelings grow inside of you.
Allow those feelings to expand beyond you.
Intensify those feelings.
Hold that vision of yourself in your mind,
Aware of the thoughts and beliefs you held,
The actions that you took,
The decisions you made,
The obstacles you overcame.
Hold on to this vision of yourself,
Confident in yourself and in your feelings,
Despite the environment,
Despite the circumstances around you.
Hold on to that vision.
Hold on to that feeling.
Transcend the environment.
Transcend the people around you,
The circumstances.
Transcend time and space.
Transcend reality.
Create a new vision of yourself,
A new aspect of your personality,
A new reality.
Now come back to your body.
Come back to the environment you're in,
But with a new internal reality.
Hold on to this vision of yourself,
Of the feelings.
