Hi Resilient Sunshine,

Thank you for joining me for this sleep meditation where we're going to get you to relax with some affirmations to help you indulge in the most comfortable sleep possible Sometimes our mind can get a little cluttered especially when the end of the day hits and we're about to go to bed but everything keeps bubbling up but no worries before you even notice your mind will be able to slowly relax and get you prepped for an amazing sleep I invite you now to lay down and don't think about getting the most comfortable position right now,

Don't worry about relaxing your shoulders or anything like this,

On the contrary I just want you to lay down and allow yourself to just be without this pressure to do anything,

Without the pressure that you need to perform even when it comes to sleeping Take this time to even if you can just tense up a little bit your muscles you know tense your muscles for a few seconds there,

If you can close your fists and even tighten up your shoulders for a few seconds there and release and we're gonna do that a couple more times just tense,

Tense a little bit everything tense your fists,

Your shoulders,

All the muscles that you can control just tense them tense them strongly and release and now I'd like to invite you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out I'd like to invite you to tense again every single bit of your body that you can feel and just tense them one last time just close your fists,

Tense your shoulders,

Your biceps,

Everything is tense and we're gonna release it just right there just release it and surrender to this feeling for a little moment surrender to a moment where there's nothing to do so it is as you lay there you are ready,
