So allow yourself to wake your body and your mind slowly taking a deep breath in and sighing out.
We are ready now to set an intention for today.

One thing that you're looking forward to?
It could be just looking forward to stand up and go on a walk or maybe meeting someone,
Getting a task done.
Maybe it's just looking forward to being alive one more day.
Sit with your intention for a moment celebrating,
Waking up your mind and your awareness in this brilliant morning that is awaiting for you.

Feel free to stretch a little.
