Hi Resilient Sunshine!
Welcome to this relaxing meditation.
I invite you to sit or lay down in the most comfortable position that is coming to you now and as you settle take your time to consciously pay attention to your body.
This practice will be fully focused on your body parts being very present within.
Whenever you feel ready I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out as you feel more and more settled in your position.
Ah that's right.
I'm going to take another deep breath in and another deep breath out.
You're already feeling your body relaxing a little more and as you take another deep breath in and exhale slowly you're feeling even more relaxed.
Pay attention to your breathing as you go back to your normal breathing here for a few seconds.
As the air comes in and out shift your focus to your forehead.
Your forehead relaxed if not invited to relax.
Release all the tension held near your crown chakra and every breath that you take in you invite relaxation to take over your body and every breath you exhale you invite your muscles to relax.
Invite you to feel now and pay attention to the rest of your face with the forehead a little more relaxed than when we started.
Pay attention to your cheeks can they be a little more relaxed.
Invite them to relax a little more.
How about your mouth?
Is your mouth relaxed?
Can you invite your mouth to relax a little more?
How about your ears?
Are they relaxed?
Can you invite your ears to relax a little more?
How about your throat?
Is your throat relaxed?
Can you invite your throat to relax a little more?
Every breath in is a breath inhaling relaxation and every breath out is the opportunity for your muscles to relax.
Relax a little more.
Breathe in relaxation and breathe out.
De-tensing the muscles.
Now we pay attention to our shoulders now.
Are our shoulders relaxed?
Or can we invite them to relax a little more?
So we invite our shoulders to relax a little more.
And we breathe in relaxation and we breathe out the tension away from our muscles.
Shifting your attention to your arms.
Are your arms relaxed?
Can your arms be relaxed a little more?
Invite your arms to relax a little further.
And we breathe in relaxation and we breathe out the tension away from our muscles.
And we breathe in relaxation and we breathe out the tension away from our muscles.
Shifting our attention to our tummy and our hips.
Is our tummy relaxed?
Can we invite it to relax a little more?
Are our hips relaxed?
Can we invite our hips to relax a little more?
And we breathe in relaxation.
And as we exhale,
We exhale the tension away from our body,
Away from our muscles.
Away from our tendons.
And we relax a little more.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Pay attention to our back.
Is your back relaxed?
Can your back relax a little more?
And we breathe in relaxation and breathe out the tension away from our body.
We pay attention to our leg,
Our thigh,
Our knees,
Our calves.
Are they relaxed?
Can they be invited to relax a little more?
And we breathe in relaxation.
And we breathe away the tension away from our legs.
We relax our thighs a little more.
We relax our knees a little more.
We invite our knees to relax.
We invite our calves to relax.
Just relax a little more.
We invite our ankles to relax.
And we breathe in relaxation.
And we breathe out and breathe away the tension away from our body.
And we pay attention to our feet.
How relaxed are our feet?
Can we invite them to relax a little more?
And we breathe in relaxation.
And we breathe away all the tension away from our body.
And we'll take here three more deep breaths in and out,
Circulating.
This relaxing,
Relaxing,
Relaxing moment.
And we breathe in relaxation.
And we breathe out all the remaining tension away,
Away from our body.
And I leave you here,
Inviting more relaxation in your body.
As you breathe in relaxation and breathe out all potential tension remaining.
As you breathe in relaxation and breathe out all the tension remaining.
As you relax a little more,
And a little more,
And a little more.
As you relax a little more,
And a little more,
And a little more.
With love and resilience.
