Join Breanna Marie as we welcome a short meditation journey to inner peace, weaving in optional self massage or abhyanga to cultivate tranquility, a deep sense of inner peace and restfulness. Feel free to integrate some aromatherapy or oils if that suits you. A nice grounding scent would work well with this practice, but anything that brings peace to the forefront for you is best. Lean into the physical and emotional layers of the self with your awareness guiding you in a gentle body scan and gently weaving in physical touch to cultivate the presence of touch.
