Hello and welcome.

My name is Brianna.

I'm so glad that you're here taking this time for yourself.

Perhaps you've been questioning your feelings lately,

Wondering if they're too much or if they even make sense.

Maybe there's a part of you that's doubting your experience.

Or telling you to brush it off.

Let's pause together just as you are and create some space for your emotions to just exist without the need for explanations or judgment.

Could you find a position or a shape that feels good for you in your body?

Whether that's sitting down,

Laying in supine,

Or maybe something in between.

Let your body settle just as it is.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in,

Letting it fill your belly,

Exhaling slowly.

Could you welcome your breath as your anchor for this practice?

Noticing how it moves in and through the body,

Without the need for control.

Just sense the natural rise and fall.

The waves of breath kissing the shoreline,

Rolling back out to sea.

With each breath,

With each wave out to shore,

Remind yourself that you are allowed to feel and you deserve a sense of safety.

As you continue to focus on the breath as your anchor,

Could you begin to sense where your body connects to the ground or the surface beneath you?

Feeling the support of gravity holding your body.

Could you let yourself sink into that support,

Even if it's just a little bit?

Imagining your body growing roots,

Tethering you into the earth,

Weaving its story with yours.

These roots strong enough to hold whatever you're carrying.

Could you say to yourself quietly or whisper in the space of your mind's eye,

I am here.

I am supporting you.

I am supported.

I don't have to figure everything out right now.

Could you think about a feeling that you've had lately?

Maybe it's one you've tried to push away or perhaps it felt big or confusing.

Could you picture it gently in front of you like a small flicker of light?

This feeling isn't something to fix,

But just a part of you asking to be seen.

Could you take a moment and affirm to that feeling I see you.

It's okay for you to exist.

It's okay to feel this way.

Here in this moment,

You don't need to explain or justify and allow the anchor of your breath to let your feelings exist.

As you continue to allow your breath to guide you,

Could you affirm to yourself,

It's okay not to have all of the answers.

I don't need to explain why I feel this way.

My feelings are valid just as they are.

Could you begin to sense the roots again,

Grounding you,

Holding you steady?

Could you allow the weight of any self-doubt being placed into the roots like a heavy coat slipping from the shoulders?

And as you continue to be held by the roots of the earth,

Could you imagine warmth,

A sense of ease spreading from the roots into each of the touch points of your body touching the surface of gravity?

Letting yourself be held in this moment.

Could you sense the weight of self-doubt lifting and welcome in a sense of validation to yourself and to each of the feelings that you brought with you today?

Take a moment to thank yourself for being here,

For choosing to honor your feelings,

Even through moments of discomfort.

You've shown up for yourself in such a powerful way and that matters.

Your feelings matter.

Let's take one last deep breath in together,

Exhaling,

Releasing any sounds or sighs that might feel like they need to emerge.

And whenever you're feeling very ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and toes,

Welcoming yourself back into your space slowly.

And as you move through your day and week ahead,

Remember that your feelings matter and so do you.

You don't have to have it all figured out to be worthy of kindness and care,

Especially from yourself.

Wishing you a beautiful day.

Peace,

Peace,

Peace.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.
