Guide a meditation to connect to our divine pure unconditional love within ourselves and to help us to strengthen our connection to the superior power,

Our higher self,

Our soul,

God,

Nature,

Regardless of what word you choose,

Allowing this to be a bridge from ourselves to activate within us the most deepest and profound space of love where healing happens instantly.

This meditation is created to guide people to remember our nature,

Which is abundance,

To remember that it is our nature to be loved and supported by our Creator.

You see,

We were thought up into form by our Creator just as the leaves and the trees and the mountains and the oceans and the galaxies.

It's something that we can't even really comprehend with our mind,

But we can feel it when we open our hearts,

When we close our eyes and we get in touch with the present moment.

Many of us have had lots of hurts happen to us,

Traumas.

For some of us,

We've had a really hard time just being in our bodies.

Emotions might come up for you.

You may feel like crying or yelling or screaming,

Creating an intention that you may know exactly how to support yourself through this journey that we're going to go on.

And every single instrument that I play,

May it lovingly guide you to process and release the weight of the past.

Are you ready,

Willing and able to receive instant healing?

Are you willing to believe that you are already healed?

Notice if there's resistance.

We are all already divinely perfect and whole.

It is really just our mindset that gets in the way because we were created by a very powerful force of creation.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position where you can lean back and feel the support beneath you,

The physical support and the divine support,

The support of our Creator.

Allowing yourself to feel the openness of this experience right now and expanding it even more.
