Guided meditation to release,
Process,
Heal,
Anxiety,
Tension,
Restlessness.
Lay down in a comfortable position.
Ideally with the soles of your feet together and your knees wide apart,
This opens up your pelvic floor,
Which is your root chakra,
The place where we feel safe and supported.
Bring the arms outstretched along your sides like a T.
This stretches your heart,
The fascia,
The covers,
The muscles,
The organs.
When we have anxiety,
We're thinking about the future,
We're worried about what could happen.
There's fear.
The heart contracts when there's fear or worry and that causes us to feel tight,
Tense,
Unrest.
It's difficult to feel present to whatever's happening in the moment because our mind is not present.
It's thinking about something else.
And the thoughts are not peaceful,
Balancing,
Uplifting.
Our thoughts can cause our bodies to feel weaker,
More tense,
Disconnected from the present moment.
What you will learn right now is how to get clear,
Aligned,
And expanded in your body,
Present to this moment.
This now present moment is the only place that we can truly be right now.
Whatever our mind creates,
The stories our mind creates about the present,
I mean the future or the past,
Is not truly what is happening now.
The more we bring ourselves to the present moment,
The less we're going to feel anxious.
Let's begin with feeling grateful for anxiety,
Restlessness,
Unrest,
Because it's happening to gift you with an opportunity to strengthen your ability to be present.
Thank you,
Anxiety.
Thank you,
Mind,
For showing me what it's like to not be present,
To be tense and anxious.
Remember,
Everything that happens in our lives is there for us to grow,
For us to strengthen,
For us to heal and become more whole and complete.
Our challenges are there to strengthen us.
Are you ready,
Willing,
And able now to release the identity that you have,
Anxiety?
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold your breath.
Let go of that belief in your body.
We're going to do that again.
Are you willing to release the identity that you have,
Anxiousness,
Unrest,
Chronic worry about the future?
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Hold your breath.
Exhale release.
And as you do these breaths,
Expand even more,
Feeling your heart,
Your belly,
Your pelvic floor,
Your inner thighs,
Your low back,
Expanding and elongating.
Inhale for three sniffs through your nose.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Hold it,
Hold it,
Hold it.
Exhale release.
Inhale and expand as long as you can.
Take the deepest,
Fullest breath through your nose.
Hold it for as long as you can.
And as you're holding your breath,
Witness the sensations right now in your body.
Exhale open your mouth.
And when you exhale,
You're going to attempt to lengthen the exhalation.
When we lengthen the exhalation,
We become more relaxed.
Inhale deeply now.
Hold your breath for as long as you can,
Sensing your body.
How does my body feel?
And notice the expansion from inhaling so deeply.
Without any judgment or analysis,
You're simply noticing how your body feels,
The sensations in your body.
Inhale release.
Lengthening the exhalation,
Releasing all the air from your lungs.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhale deeply,
Expanding your body from the inside out.
Hold your breath.
Hold it.
With minimum effort to hold.
Witnessing the sensations in your body.
Exhale long exhalation,
As long as you can,
Getting rid of all the air in your lungs.
Allow yourself now to simply lay there,
Feeling so supported,
Witnessing your breath,
Observing the sensations in your body now.
Seeing what arises,
Cultivating moment to moment awareness.
And if you have any thoughts that arise,
Simply watching those thoughts and allowing them to be there.
And you can breathe into your body and feel again in your body.
We're learning to witness our thoughts.
They can be there.
We don't have to be reacting to those thoughts.
We're victim of our thoughts.
We can shift back to our body awareness.
When we have thoughts arise,
Breathe into your body.
Feel your body.
The more we feel in our body without any judgment or analysis,
The more we can be present.
Our bodies are happening now.
The sensations are happening now.
And remember anxiety is about thinking about the future or worrying about the future.
The solution for anxiety to shift into releasing anxiety begins with presencing in the now.
And an easy way to do that is to feel in your body the sensations.
Imagine if you already easily lived from a place of perceiving the now,
Of feeling in your body,
Of being the witness of your thoughts,
Of being the witness of having worries if they come up again without reacting to them.
Instead being responsive,
You ask yourself,
What do I wish to create?
How do I wish to feel?
And what kinds of thoughts would I have to have to be fully alive and present in the now?
Take a deep breath in contemplating these questions.
How would I feel if I was healed of anxiety,
If I was fully present in my life,
Available in the moment?
What would it feel like?
To be fully here now?
What would it feel like for me to be the witness of my thoughts without having to react to them?
What if I could just be the observer of my mind and all my thoughts?
What if I lived my life from the question,
What do I truly desire?
What is truly my heart's desires?
What do I wish to create?
How do I wish to feel?
And imagine yourself already there.
You're already peaceful,
Present.
You're already able to flow your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Being the witness of it all easily.
Imagine what that would feel like.
Breathing in the feeling into your body now and expanding beyond your body.
What would it feel like to be healed from anxiety in my body and around my body?
Noticing the space around your body now.
What would it feel like for me to walk around throughout my day embodying peace,
Calm,
Seeing centeredness,
Groundedness,
Safety,
Supported,
Trustworthy,
Balanced?
Breathe that in.
And notice how you feel now.
Allow gratitude to swell in your heart for all this time that you've dedicated to practicing being peaceful,
Balanced,
And calm.
Listen to this meditation at least once a day to strengthen your neural pathways,
To create new neural connections in your brain to support you to be this way.
This is a form of self-love,
Self-care.
You are worthy of making the time.
You are valuable.
You are significant of prioritizing time in your life for the most important person in your life,
You.
Give yourself a hug,
Feel your accomplishment.
Congratulations.
For when you create this way of being,
This relationship with yourself,
You benefit the whole world.
You are a catalyst for change on the planet.
When every person embodies peace,
The world will reflect that immediately,
In an instant.
And collectively,
Each one of us are improving that in the collective because we are all one.
We are not separate.
Thank you so much for listening to this meditation today.
