Guided meditation to process and release extra weight in the body.

Have you ever felt like you're holding on to those extra 10 pounds or 50 pounds?

And no matter what you do,

It just feels like it's so difficult.

And you ask yourself,

Why am I still holding on to this weight?

Did you know that you don't even have to know why?

That you can just create a new identity.

And that's what we're going to do today.

And you can embody the feeling of a lighter you,

A freer you.

Allow yourself to lay down and open up your body.

Lean back.

And feel so supported to create this transition for yourself now.

Are you ready,

Willing and able now,

To create a new way of feeling in every cell of your body?

Regardless of how many years you've been holding on to the past,

You are so powerful.

You're so creative.

And when you simply decide and choose moment after moment after moment to create a new outcome,

You actually start to strengthen new patterns in your brain that lead you to different results.

And that's what we're doing today.

So are you willing to let go of having to know why?

Why it's taken so long or why you've held on?

And to simply benefit from this experience of creating a new you?

Yes,

You can and you will.

Allow yourself now to lay down and feel so supported and transition to a very calm and relaxed mental state so that my voice can guide you to a new you easily and effortlessly.

Are you willing to invite new beliefs and perceptions about yourself that lead you to quick and easy results?

Yes.

What if it was easy to lose weight,

To shed emotional weight,

Physical weight?

Can you imagine what that would feel like if you could imagine?

Allow yourself to feel what that would feel like if you could feel what that would feel like now.

What if it was easy?

Before we let go completely,

Take a moment to reflect and ask yourself,

What has been the benefit of holding on to all this weight?

Allow yourself to really be in touch with the truth of yourself.

How has it benefited me?

What has it offered me to carry around extra weight on my body?

Inhale for a count of four.

Exhale for a count of six with your mouth open,

Inhaling through the nose.

Exhaling.

How has it served me to be heavier,

To hold on to weight in my body?

Inhale for four.

Allow a longer exhalation.

With every exhalation,

You're releasing,

Softening,

Surrendering,

Letting go of thoughts,

And allowing yourself to let go of extra weight.

Practicing your ability to release and let go.

Inhale for four.

Exhale for six,

Seven,

Or eight.

Inhaling,

Breathing in your new body,

Lighter,

Freer,

Present,

Loving,

Accepting of the past.

Ah.

Continue with these rhythmical breaths.

They stimulate your vagus nerve,

The relaxation response,

Your autonomic nervous system to relax.

This lowers your chronic stress levels immediately.

Feeling how peaceful your body feels so that it can restore,

Reset,

Realign to a lighter you now.

Ah.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you to my heavier version of myself from the past.

Thank you for everything that I have learned from living this way.

Are you willing to be comfortable with the unknown?

The unknown you that is lighter you,

Freer you,

Sexier you?

More available you,

More vulnerable you?

Are you willing to be comfortable,

Feeling even maybe a little uncomfortable?

What would it be like for me to be sexier,

Thinner,

Lighter,

More attractive?

What if I couldn't hide anymore behind this extra weight?

Can you imagine what that would be like?

You would be able to get closer to people physically.

Do I trust myself?

Do I feel safe to be lighter,

Freer?

Allow yourself to feel optimal trust with yourself now.

What if it was easy for me to say yes and no,

Guided by my heart and soul and to honor my boundaries and to create new standards of self-respect,

Self-love,

Self-appreciation?

Can you imagine feeling more worthy,

More valuable,

Divine and sacred?

Where it would be difficult not to prioritize yourself first and foremost.

And your body love,

Your body care.

Imagine how it would feel like for you to feel like a king for the men and a queen for the ladies.

Imagine feeling that you are royalty,

Opulent,

Abundant,

Precious,

Valuable,

So worthy of the deepest self-respect and value to your health,

To your body,

To your mind.

Breathing in deeply and feeling your breath expanding this renewed sense of life into yourself.

Inhaling deeply and exhaling even longer.

Place your right hand over your abdomen.

We're going to do some empowering breaths and breaths that are going to cause us to become more aware of the power in our solar plexus to shift our weight,

To shift our life,

To shift our energy,

To shift our identity.

That it's been difficult for us to hold on,

To let go.

Are you willing to release any resistance to releasing emotions,

Weight,

The past?

Keep your right hand over your abdomen.

Inhale through your nose.

And then you're going to exhale,

Gathering your abdominal muscles.

We're activating the transversus abdominis.

These are the corset muscles around the waist.

So you're going to feel your abdomen pulling in,

Drawing in.

You can also feel your lower abdomen drawing in and your pelvic floor even activating when you exhale.

So we're going to inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

We're breathing in with our diaphragm.

Your abdomen expands.

So you'll feel that under your right hand.

And then you will exhale and draw your navel into your spine.

And so let's do this slowly first.

Inhale,

Expand your abdomen,

Your chest.

Like a balloon.

And then exhale,

Draw your navel into your spine.

Hug your waist muscles yourself with your abdominal corset activating.

Shrinking the circumference of your waist.

By just simply drawing in your belly button in towards your low back.

And you can visualize this because the body doesn't know the difference between what's imagined and what's really happening.

What would it feel like for me to activate my transversus abdominis,

The corset muscle around my waist?

Can you imagine what that would feel like to draw in three-dimensionally,

Circumferentially,

Reducing the circumference around your waist yourself?

Inhale,

Expand it.

Go in the opposite direction,

Expanding.

Exhale,

Draw in your navel.

Squeeze in,

Contract in.

Keeping your spine straight,

The spine doesn't move.

It's just the transversus abdominis.

Inhale,

Expand.

Exhale,

Contract in.

The lower abdomen,

Middle,

Upper,

The whole abdominal wall is drawing in.

And let's do that one more time to make sure you're understanding what we're doing.

Exhale.

Gathering those muscles,

Shrinking those muscles.

As committed as you are,

You're strengthening your commitment to reduce,

Let go,

Shrink.

Letting go of the extra baggage,

Extra weight,

Extra adipose tissue,

Which we love you adipose tissue,

But it's a lot of work for me to carry all this weight around for my heart to pump all that blood.

It's actually not benefiting my health.

So we lovingly create these intentions.

We do not have to have any shame or guilt or judgment in the equation.

I lovingly decide to simply become lighter.

And this is awesome for your low back to create stability and activation in your transversus.

So it's a win-win-win across the board.

Now we're going to do this exercise more rapidly.

It's going to go like this.

I inhale through my nose and I exhale,

Squeezing my abdomen muscles in,

Which causes me to then do this sound.

So I'm inhaling through my nose.

My spine is straight.

I'm laying down.

My right hand is over my abdomen.

And you could put one hand on your upper abdomen and another hand on your lower abdomen.

And really we want to focus on the lower,

Because that's where your transversus is,

The corset muscle around your waist.

It's mostly in the bottom.

And the pelvic floor is an extension of your transversus abdominis.

So they work together.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale.

I'm going to do this a few times in a row.

Let's do this together now,

Letting go of it having to be perfect.

And you can also just imagine this happening.

Let's go.

Let's do this.

Thank you.

Feel the power.

Keep going.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale.

Sucking in your waist,

Reducing the size of your waist,

Feeling the power of your solar plexus,

Your abdominal wall.

Let's keep doing this.

Keep going.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale.

Visualize it.

If you're getting tired,

Keep going with your mind.

You're so powerful.

Keep going.

Relax.

Release.

Let go.

Allow yourself to lay passively now.

Inhale deep.

Exhale.

And notice how you feel,

Imagining yourself three months from now in the future,

Imagining yourself feeling lighter and freer.

There's this lightness to your step.

And you're so proud of yourself that you listen to this meditation every single day that activated your unconscious mind to honor yourself when you're eating lunch,

Breakfast,

Dinner,

To honor yourself at those events where you say,

No,

I'm okay.

And you create these very healthy boundaries about food.

And it's effortless.

It's automatic.

Because you own your power and you feel so valuable and so committed to really taking care of yourself.

And so I'm going to guide you through two more rounds of this breath,

This empowerment breath.

And you could do as many rounds as you'd like until your body lets you know that was great.

It's all meant to be an activation and a remembrance,

A reminder for us to honor our bodies.

And it's a ritual of activation that we are choosing to let go of the extra heaviness of the past and really honoring ourselves as kings and queens,

Divine goddesses and divine kings,

That we are so sacred and so valuable and worthy of the highest level of respect to our sacred body temple.

Let's inhale now through the nose and then exhale.

We're going to do this for a few rounds.

And thank you so much for making yourself the priority in this way.

And let me know how this meditation benefits you.

Inhale.

Inhale slow.

Exhale long.

I decide to be free of my past.

I decide to be lighter.

I give myself permission to walk lighter in my body.

I decide to create a lighter,

More healthy and radiant me.

I choose to show up every day automatically,

Cultivating an ideal mindset to support me and continue to support me.

To sustain a healthy,

Optimal weight for myself.

Let's do this.

Let's do another round of the breaths,

These empowering breaths.

Feel that navel drawing in,

So strong,

So powerful.

Yes,

I can.

Yes,

I am.

Yes,

I am.

I love myself so much.

Of course I am.

I'm so valuable.

I'm so precious.

I love myself.

Yes.

I love that I get to do this for myself.

I'm so grateful I get to do this for myself.

Yes.

I am strong,

Sexy,

Lean and light in all areas of my life.

I am a radiant magnet of abundance,

Prosperity,

Unexpected gifts,

Unexpected opportunities and miracles happening in my life right now.

I feel so much love.

Open up your body like a five-pointed star.

I give myself permission to live my dream life now.

I have no way to describe what happened in my brain and body since the first day I did this meditation. I have been carrying 100 lbs since 911. I have fought with every demon and done every diet and lived with self loathing and comfort eating, habitual eating, boredom eating and social eating. Food was constantly on my mind all day, relentlessly. Everything I have done has caused some other problem I did EFT and I cried and cried and my anxiety went through the roof and I started noticing urges to compulsivly shop within a week. I did OA and it felt restrictive to me and there was so much pain there. Paleo down 50 then back up after 4 years and always guarding the gate and still binging and comfort eating and obsessed with food, just "healthier food." Etc. Etc . My increased anxiety was about being thin and attractive and being threatening to other women so I feared women would not like me. I was bullied terribly for my looks and body as a teen. Also I'm really uncomfortable with all the male attention I got when I was thinner. It made my life about avoiding places and people to avoid the comments and advances. Also all my self worth was attached to my looks. Imagine the pain when your looks go and you feel completely empty with nothing even even shallow as appearance to hold on to and feed you. I have had 2 minor cravings in 7 days of doing this meditaion each morning and 2 episodes of self loathing that were maybe 5 minutes long if that. I have no increased anxiety at all. I don't know why in the world this would be but I feel sane about food for the first time in 20 years. I'm confused but my mind is so quiet and my horrible cravings are just not here. I even look for them because ..what is going on? Hard to believe or trust.. just watching the path light up under my feet.
