Transcript

Allowing this time to be a time to reframe how you perceive yourself.

So often we base our identity on our past,

How we were brought up by our parents,

Or the things that people have said to us.

Allowing yourself this time right now to lay down and just surrender to the surface even more and reclaim your worthiness,

Reclaim your self-love,

To move your toes around and your ankles as if for the first time through the eyes of unconditional love.

Can you imagine loving yourself the way our Creator loves you unconditionally?

And the thoughts that you create in your mind are based on love and acceptance and compassion and forgiveness?

Can you imagine everywhere you go you feel you are precious more than enough and that you have more than enough time in your life to take care of yourself?

You feed yourself healthy food,

Healthy thoughts,

And you only allow healthy,

Uplifting relationships into your life because that's the type of relationship you have with yourself.

Imagine you make time every day to look in the mirror and smile at yourself.

You look into your eyes feeling so grateful for who you are exactly as you are.

There's nothing that has to change anymore.

If it does,

Great.

But you're at the level of self-love that you are your own best friend.

You are your own biggest cheerleader and you get your self-esteem from yourself.

You yourself are enough.

Imagine how differently your life would be if you knew that you were love and that love is not something that you get from other people.

What if you already knew that all you can is be love?

That every single day you can accept,

Appreciate,

Feel grateful for yourself and then being your own best friend,

You create a frequency of love and nurturing that causes you to attract similar people into your life like yourself.

Imagine you make yourself a priority in your fitness,

A healthy thought diet,

Healthy self-talk.

You feel whole and complete.

That's right.

And you feel you are a rock star.

You're a badass in a good way.

You're enough and you're a magnet.

People feel so good being around you because you're so authentic and fun and relatable.

The fact that you have found joy within yourself and fulfillment is such a turn on.

You're so magnetic.

You're contagious,

Your joy,

Your smile.

People feel great just being around you.

They feel uplifted by you simply being yourself.

Because you have discovered how to be love,

You know also how to uplift yourself.

And that is a rare commodity on this earth.

And if you ever feel that you're judging,

Analyzing,

Or criticizing yourself,

You're self-aware.

You breathe it in and you breathe it out and you come back to love and acceptance.

You know how to forgive yourself immediately.

And within seconds,

You've cleared any heavy emotions.

Taking a moment now to reflect,

Is there any unforgiveness in me right now?

Am I resentful about anything in the past?

And allowing this time to be a time to go deeper now,

Is there any bitterness,

Anger,

Resentment that I have or sadness?

Guilt,

Shame,

Or blame?

What am I still holding on to?

Take a deep breath in and feel your body.

Am I blocked anywhere?

Am I holding any unprocessed emotions or thoughts or feelings?

Breathe into your heart.

Breathe into your gut.

Ah.

Spread your legs open even more.

Spread your arms open even more.

And expand into your hips,

Into your sexual organs.

Is there any resentment here?

Any shame?

Any guilt?

Any judgment?

Breathe and expand down into your legs,

Into your hips,

Your inner thighs,

Your sexual organs.

Your sacrum.

Your sacrum,

Inner thighs.

Feel deeper.

Go deeper.

Be more intimate with yourself right now.

Into me,

I see.

And whatever's happened in the past,

Are you willing to let it go now?

To process it,

Release it,

Transmute those energies of the past so that you can live free and light and clear?

It's our nature to be that.

Just like a tree sheds their old dried up leaves,

It doesn't hold on to the old dried up leaves or else it can't grow.

Are you willing to let go of all your old dried out leaves right now?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Let them go.

I release.

I give permission to be free of my past.

I am open to being free of my past.

Letting go of your old identity.

Welcoming and inviting a new you,

A curious you,

A you that is simply in the present moment awareness,

That's it.

Moment to moment,

Moment to moment.

There you are,

Here and now.

I am here.

I am here.

Feel how here and now you are,

Expand even more.

Your inhalation in your body,

Feeling the expansion even more.

That's right,

I am here.

Here I am,

Now.

We're going to create some sounds together to bring us into the here and now,

Now,

Even more.

And as you create these sounds with me,

Feel the sounds in your body.

Feel how they vibrate in your throat,

In your chest,

In your shoulders.

Here we go.

You don't have to be in tune.

Just feel your ah.

Opening the jaw even more.

Feeling grateful for your voice.

You are on purpose.

Feeling your body still vibrating.

You are here and now.

You are awareness.

You are here.

You are now.

Feeling grateful for who you are.

Feeling grateful for your voice,

For your unique sounds.

Remembering that your voice,

Your sounds are one in a billion,

Billion.

There's no one else like you.

Feeling so grateful for yourself.

Give yourself a big hug and thank yourself for this time that you've dedicated to being.

Letting yourself know how much you love yourself.

And you're deciding right now to love and accept yourself even more.

Know that when you decide this and you choose it every day,

You're elevating the collective because we're all one.

And the more we show up as love,

We get to heal the planet.

We get to elevate everyone around us.

Love is magical.

Love is what we are.

Love is a miracle drug.

Expanding your heart even more.

Feeling yourself even more deeply.
