Your thoughts have a powerful effect on the direction of your day.

By taking the time to consciously direct your attention on how you'd like the day to unfold,

You send out a dynamic vibration that guides those intentions towards you.

Let's give it a try.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

If it feels safe,

Soften or close your eyes and take three deep breaths with me.

Inhaling through the nose for the count of one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Holding at the top of your breath for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhaling through your mouth for six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Good.

Again,

Inhaling to create space for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Holding for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale out tension for six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

One more time.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Good.

Continue in this rhythm.

As you begin to sync your breath with images you'd like to unfold during the day.

Draw in deep connection to this image with every inhale.

Allow it time to circulate joy,

Confidence,

And accomplishment as you hold the image in your mind.

And then release this image out into the world with every exhale.

Inhale details about your surroundings.

Hold and allow the image to become more vivid.

Exhale as you release attention from every cell in your body.

Inhale the feeling of confidence.

Hold at the top as you allow this feeling to move,

Finding placement within your day.

And exhale out to the world this version of you.

Inhale a gentle wave of joy for creating this moment.

Hold and savor the feelings it evokes within your heart.

Exhale and allow that gratitude to spill out into the world.

One final inhale to solidify this image.

Hold in the lingering sensation you just created.

And exhale out the knowing that you are the creator of your day.

On your next inhale,

Blink your eyes open.

Bring a smile to your face.

And as you walk through your day,

Know that this image is finding its way to you.
