This guided breath meditation is designed to slow down your brainwaves into a theta state. Helping the mind to be more open and receptive as you aim to influence your thoughts and emotions to attract more of what you seek into being.

Welcome friends.

Today we're going to work on slowing our brainwaves down into a theta state,

Helping the mind to be more open and receptive as we aim to influence our thoughts and emotions that will attract the experiences we seek into our life.

We will slow our brainwaves by breathing in through the nose for a two count,

Holding for a two count,

And slowly exhaling out the mouth for a four count.

For 10 minutes we will repeat this pattern as we release tension from both the mind and the body and begin to transition into that theta state.

Here we will begin to fill our imagination with vivid imagery to powerfully magnetize joy,

Abundance,

And fulfillment into our life.

So let's find a comfortable seat and we'll begin by exhaling all the air out and we'll start our first inhale in three,

Two,

One.

In,

Hold,

Two.

Out,

Hold.

In,

Two.

Breathing in deeply,

Consciously,

Inviting relaxation to just wash over your body with each breath.

In,

Out,

Two.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in pure healing energy and with each exhale releasing any stress,

Any tension.

Continuing here in this breathing pattern,

Placing your awareness on your body as you allow your mind to drift into a state of calmness for the next 10 minutes.

I'm gonna take a nice full sip of air in through the nose.

And exhale it out with a smile on your face.

Return to normal nasal breathing.

And from this theta state,

Begin to see an image of yourself living in a moment of pure joy.

What does that scene look like?

Look around.

What do you see?

What do you notice?

Breathe into all of it.

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

Look around.

What are you wearing?

Recognize this moment within yourself.

And breathe in this joy to every cell of your body.

And with a smile on your face and in your heart,

Feel the gratitude for this moment.

The future you,

Amplified by your thoughts,

By your feelings,

By your emotions.

What you seek is also seeking you.

Feel it.

Magnetize it to you.

Feel it.

Magnetize it to you.

Planting those fertile seeds like love notes all around.

Getting a clear vision.

Beginning to come back into this moment,

Anchoring yourself deeply in this beautiful,

Present moment.

And know that these seeds have been planted,

And they're ready to bloom into reality.

By practicing this exercise regularly,

You are tending to those seeds,

To that garden.

I invite you to breathe into this new reality as long as feels comfortable for you.

And when you are ready,

Get up,

Make the necessary changes,

Take the actions,

And step into the new version of you.
