Hello,
Welcome back and welcome to day two.
Today we're bringing attention into the body.
When attention moves into physical sensation,
It can help you feel more grounded and help you feel more settled.
So,
For these next few minutes,
Just gently notice what you can feel.
Find a comfortable position,
Allowing your shoulders to soften,
Letting your hands rest.
And notice the points of contact beneath you,
The support holding your body.
Now bring attention into your body,
Not thinking about it,
Just sensing it.
Notice your feet and where they meet the ground.
Notice your legs,
Your hands,
Your shoulders,
Allowing them to drop slightly.
If your mind wanders,
Just gently return to your body.
Now allow your awareness to rest in the body as a whole.
Nothing to focus on,
Just feeling.
Begin to notice the space around you again,
The room and any sounds nearby.
Take a slightly deeper breath and gently bring your awareness back.
