Let's work into awareness and connection to each of the 5 Koshas, or layers of our being. Yoga Philosophy sees the wholeness of our experience of Self coming from the dynamic interconnection of these 5 layers: Physical, Energetic, Mind and Emotions, Wisdom, and Bliss wrapped around the True Self or the Soul. Bringing awareness to the layers individually helps us to understand how we are feeling at this moment. Noticing the interconnection between each of the layers helps us to understand our wholeness.
