The Core Energy Technique.
This technique helps you to quickly shift to a relaxed,

Clear and inspired inner state,
A core energy state.
You can use this technique to de-stress and release yourself from negative thoughts and feelings,
Such as anxiety and frustration.
It's a great way to feel better quickly and connect with a core part of you that knows what to do.
First of all,
Let's pick something you'd like to release to demonstrate the technique.
Bring to mind any uncomfortable experience or interaction from this past week.
I suggest you don't choose anything too heavy the first time,
Maybe an uncomfortable feeling you had,
Or some tension in the body.
Okay,
Do you have something in mind?
Take yourself back to this experience,
Bring it into your mind,
And see if there's a feeling associated with it in your body.
I want you to rate this feeling on a scale of 0 to 10,
10 being very intense and 0,
It's gone.
If this feeling were located anywhere specific in your body,
Where would it be?
If this feeling had a shape,
What would this be?
If this shape had a color or texture,
What would these be?
If this shape made a sound,
What sound would it make?
If it had a message for you,
What would this be?
Okay,
Good.
Now the core energy technique has four steps.
To begin,
Find a relaxed comfortable position and close your eyes.
Step one,
Feel your body as a whole from the inside.
Feel the entire space inside your skin.
Imagine and feel your inner space as open,
Clear,
And spacious.
Step two,
Breathe into your body as a whole.
As you inhale,
Imagine and feel as if your whole body is filling up with your breath.
As you exhale,
Imagine and feel as if your whole body empties out.
Step three,
Smile and breathe calm happiness through your heart.
Focus your awareness into your heart.
As you inhale,
Gently smile,
A subtle smile of calm happiness,
And imagine you are breathing calm happiness into your heart.
As you exhale,
Smile and imagine you are sending these positive,
Nurturing feelings from your heart to every cell in your body.
Continue to smile and breathe calm happiness through your heart.
Feel calm happiness saturating every cell.
Feel how smiling and breathing calm happiness relaxes,
Opens,
And clears your energy.
Now,
Bring to mind the uncomfortable experience,
Feeling,
Or tension you wanted to release.
Step four,
Ask your heart,
What is most important in this situation?
How can I move forward?
Allow these questions to remain open in the space of your heart.
Be patient,
Listen,
And feel without rushing to have an answer.
Continue to relax and breathe calm happiness through your heart.
You may notice a phrase,
An image,
A feeling,
Or a desire to move in a certain direction.
Or,
If nothing specific arises,
It's okay.
What is most important is that you've taken time to relax,
Focus inside,
And tune in to your heart.
You may find an inspiration appears later today,
Or even in your dreams tonight.

Record the feeling of calm happiness in every cell of your body,
