The purpose of this meditation is very simple—to rest in the felt sense of Being and realize the peace and ease of that. This practice begins with posture and relaxation cues to awaken inner sensory awareness and settle into a feeling of relaxed openness. From here you sense the open spaciousness of Being itself and rest AS a felt sense of timeless, limitless Being. You experience what it would be like to live from this all-embracing ease of simply Being.
