Welcome,

I'm Jocelyn.

Wherever you are,

Whatever you're doing,

Just for a minute,

Take your awareness inward.

Watch yourself take a deep breath.

Allow your awareness to be in wonder of this beautiful body that you live within.

That houses your soul.

That makes it possible for you to experience this life from so many different senses,

Viewpoints.

Take another deep breath.

Allow yourself to be in awe of all the processes that happen in this body when you are not thinking about it.

The way your blood flows,

Your lungs breathe,

Your brain lights up,

How your stomach digests,

How your immune system kicks in when needed,

How if you were to stand up,

Your feet and the bones in your feet would hold you,

And how all the bones in the hands can reach over,

Touch someone,

Hug someone,

Grab something,

Point to something.

All of these beautiful,

Amazing,

Simple,

And yet so complex things that our bodies can do.

This body has grown up with you from being a simple egg in your mother's womb.

And if you really want to get wild,

That little egg that has become you was in your grandmother's womb.

It has grown to become what it is right now,

Right here.

Take a deep breath in.

And this body might not always make it easy on you.

This body might make it hard sometimes,

But it is still a miracle,

It is still awe-inspiring.

What our bodies do.

Allowing your awareness to stay inward for a minute.

Imagining,

Just imagining your breath being born in the center of the heart and expanding out from there on each inhale and each exhale,

That breath contracts back to the very center of your heart space.

Just imagining that each inhale and exhale are born out of the heart.

Just imagining your heart space,

The muscle of your heart,

The center of your chest was filled with warmth and golden light.

And every time you inhaled,

That inhale was born at the very center of that golden light,

And the center of the warmth of that sun within you,

Expanding outward.

And on each exhale,

All of that light,

All of that warmth is gathered right back up and brought to the center of the heart once again,

To do it all over again.

Just allow the awe,

Allow the awareness as you breathe,

As your breath breathes you.

Through each inhale and exhale,

Your heart is beating.

And each inhale and exhale is like a heartbeat of nature within this body of yours.

Breath is the thing that connects my body to your body,

To a body on the other side of the planet.

We all breathe the same air.

It is the heartbeat of nature.

Take a deep breath.

Even when you feel you are alone,

You are not.

Take a deep breath.

Feel that breath move your body from beneath the surface.

With your eyes closed,

Look around.

What do you see?

With your ears open,

Listen.

What do you hear?

With each inhale,

What do you smell?

And what do you taste in your mouth?

What sensations are traveling across your skin?

And what feelings are being birthed on the inside of your body?

What memories are there to pick today?

And what imaginings are waiting to be told?

Take a deep breath.

It is going to be an extraordinary day.

Because you are a soul in an extraordinary body.

That is all yours.

Experiences.

Expresses.

Imagines.

Remembers.

Take a deep breath.

What story will your body tell today?
