Hello dear ones and welcome.

This is a guided meditation,

Affirmations for confidence.

Please take a moment to get comfortable and feel free to repeat these to yourself or aloud as I go through these.

I see challenges as opportunities to overcome.

With hard work and dedication anything is possible in my life.

I'm worthy of getting all I deserve and desire.

I am bold and brave in all my endeavors.

I'm stronger than I have ever known.

I enjoy talking to people and people enjoy listening to me.

I believe in all I can do and express myself authentically.

I appreciate all that has blessed my life.

I have extreme confidence and I practice good self-esteem every day.

I'm willing to be different and take the steps to stand out from the crowd.

Whatever project I undertake I own it and I execute it effortlessly.

I am empowered with greatness.

Going out of my comfort zone allows me to achieve my dreams.

Taking healthy risks is something I do intelligently.

Every time I fall I get up stronger and more resilient.

I'm naturally sure of myself and exude confidence.

I ask for help when I need it because I know my strengths and weaknesses well.

I speak my truth no matter the opposition.

I trusted myself and make wise choices by thinking of all the options.

No matter the mistakes I've I've made I am worthy of deep love.

I am sure of my abilities and express my needs easily.

I create my own reality through positive thinking.

I have an optimistic outlook on life.

I am passionate to make a huge impact on the entire world.

Even in times of sadness and struggle I'm confident I will make it through with integrity.

I am who I was meant to be.

I'm living out my life's purpose right here right now.

I am trusted by others because I honor my inner wisdom.

I allow life to come and go as life does.

I love being of service to others and sharing my gifts with the world.
