It is time to practice affirmations for breathing.

Let's disconnect from stress.

So you are welcome to repeat these out loud or in your head as we go through this list.

And as always,

You know,

Take a moment to add this to your routine.

I am this moment.

I am balanced.

I am powerful.

I am this breath.

I am alive.

I am relaxed.

I inhale the good and exhale the bad.

I am alive.

I am healthy.

I support myself.

I am confident.

Breathing in and breathing out,

I return to center.

I am whole with each breath.

I am healing with each breath.

Each in-breath is a new beginning.

Each out-breath is letting go.

I follow my breath with awareness.

With every breath I take,

I am bringing more and more peace into my life.

Breathing is the easiest way for me to nourish the sacred in me.
