Hi there.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

It's a great pleasure to come together with the purpose of co-creating this meditative experience.

Please find comfort in your seated position.

Set your legs comfortably.

You may cross your legs.

You may sit in a chair.

Wherever you are,

Make sure you lengthen your back,

Taking a deep inhalation from the nose,

Exhaling from the mouth,

And gently start to tune in to the vibrations of this meditation flow.

Please make your inhalations and exhalations only throughout your nose.

Inhale deeply,

Fulfilling your lungs.

Exhale,

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your face muscles.

Inhale,

Direct the air to your lower belly.

Exhale,

Relax,

Let it go.

Keep observing the movements of your abdomen in each inhalation and exhalation.

Allow yourself to connect with the sensations of your body.

Connect to the freshness of the air that passes through your nostrils.

Same freshness passing through your throat.

And notice in each exhalation the air coming out,

Warmer.

Be the witness of this alchemy inside of yourself,

The change of temperature of your breath.

And let the breath guide you smoothly throughout this inner journey.

Let it go,

Relax.

Flow with your breath.

Relax your eyebrows.

In your inner sight,

Notice luminosity on your eyes.

Perceive the colors.

And let your mind take you in a beautiful story,

To a beautiful place in nature.

Choose your scenario.

You may be in the mountains,

At the beach.

Wherever you are,

Be there.

Feel the sun,

The breeze,

Listen to the birds.

Notice the temperature of the atmosphere.

Wherever you are,

Be present in each inhalation and exhalation,

Bringing you more and more to the present moment.

Feel the earth beneath your hips or your feet.

Feel the energy of Mother Earth grounding you.

Grasp with your hands the soil.

Connect with your feet.

Connect with your hands or connect with your hips.

Feel this contact with the planet,

With Earth,

And ground more and more.

Let Mother Earth remove all the suffering worries.

Release all the judgments.

Let them sink in,

In the soil.

Release in each exhalation.

Feel the relief of all the suffering.

Inhale light into your mind,

The sunlight.

Let this light free your mind.

Free of your mind of judgments.

Where there is no judgment,

You experience no suffering.

Inhale,

Bringing more rays of light into your mind.

Blind gently your eyes with the sunlight.

Look at the sun and repeat to yourself,

I am.

I feel.

I do.

I love.

I speak.

I see.

I understand.

Let all the sunlight illuminate your brain cells,

Sparkling light into your mind.

Flow freely of thoughts,

Just allow all these frequencies of love,

Kindness,

To tune in in your brain cells,

Promoting beautiful connections,

Based in self-love and understanding.

Clarity.

You are loved.

And so it is.

In high-elixir,

Gently start to come back to your place where you are now physically seated and I invite you to gently move your toes.

Move your feet.

Move your fingers.

With your eyes closed,

Bring the right hand into your chest,

Followed by the left hand.

With your both hands in your heart chakra,

I invite you to make an intention for your near future.

Inhale and exhale and visualize yourself manifesting this intention.

Blessed by the sun rays,

You may manifest in your reality all the intentions from your heart.

And so it is.
