This is the record of one of my Live meditation sessions here on Insight Timer. The Meditation is based on White Tantric Kryas, combined with breathing and visualization techniques. In the first 5 minutes, you will listen and learn the specific instructions to apply during the meditation practice. The meditation is intended to promote a very deep connection with inner dimensions, awakening healing energies, raising your vibrations, and enhancing your manifestation power.

So,

Let's start!

The theme is Tantric Hybrid Meditation.

There is a lot of misconception about tantric energy.

A lot of people connect to the tantric energy only with sexual energy.

And this is not only like that.

There are variants of tantric yoga.

Tantric yoga you can have white tantric yoga,

You can have red tantric yoga,

You can have black tantric yoga.

The white tantric yoga,

There are many kriyas.

Kriyas means action,

Exercise,

Tools that we use.

So basically,

They are exercise that you apply like Paranayama,

Visualization,

Chakra kriyas.

And you have it in the tantric system,

In the white tantric,

Where you can use to enhance your experience,

Your meditation experience.

Then you have what they call red tantra,

Which is related to sexuality.

So,

This is not what we are going to experience today.

And there is the black tantra,

Which is related also with black magic.

So,

There are many variants of how to use this energy to promote different intentions and different benefits,

And manifest different things in the life.

So,

What we are going to bring today is a very known technique in the yoga world.

We are going to make it hybrid because we are going to combine different techniques in the same flow.

The first one I have to explain to you is Mula Bandha.

Mula Bandha basically is a lock,

A lock that we use to seal our energy and at the same time to stimulate the energy from the Mula Dara chakra,

Which is the root chakra,

To stimulate this energy to lift it up into our third eye.

This is my intention of the meditation today,

Is to move all this energy,

To promote this energy in our root chakra and lift it up into the third eye.

At the same time we are going to apply pranic exercise,

So to stimulate and also to improve the circulation and to promote the prana to go through our bodies.

This is very energetic and rejuvenating as well.

So,

When I say Mula Bandha,

It's basically applying pressure in your perineal area,

In your pelvic area.

So,

The pelvic perineal area is between the anus and the genitals.

And when we compress,

When we inhale and I instruct you to say apply Mula Bandha,

You're going to compress this area and you're going to inhale at the same time,

Stimulating,

Inviting and lifting all this energy that we're going to promote in the root chakra,

Which is located in the perineum and we're going to go it up through the spine.

You will visualize,

Your intention is to bring this energy throughout your spine,

Going back in your scalp and going into your third eye.

So,

We're going to inhale and going to promote this energy into the third eye.

As you exhale,

The energy goes back.

So,

This is the,

Let's say,

The most complex exercise that we're going to apply during this meditation flow.

The rest,

You just relax and pay attention to the words I have to offer and we're going to be,

Hopefully,

We're going to experience altogether very high vibrations.

Alright?

So,

Hopefully,

You all got it and I will suggest a mudra for you today,

The prithi,

Which is connecting the thumb,

Which represents fire,

With the ring finger.

The ring finger is earth,

Which is connected to the muladhara root chakra.

Okay?

This is the mudra you can apply today with the palms facing up on your legs.

I hope you are all ready and let's flow.

Please,

Gently close your eyes.

Apply your mudra,

Thumb connecting with the ring finger,

And find your comfortable seated position.

It's wonderful to come all together today and to co-create this meditation.

So,

I invite you to start to connect with your breath by taking long inhalations throughout your nose,

Fulfilling your lungs,

Expanding your chest,

And exhaling through the mouth,

Taking long and relaxing sides.

Just inhale.

Let it go,

Exhale.

Inhaling.

Exhale out.

Close your mouth.

Just inhale and exhale throughout your nose.

Let the air expand your lower belly,

Followed by the rib cage,

Followed by the upper chest.

Full yogic breath.

Inhale belly,

Rib cage,

Relax.

Exhale through the nose.

Take this moment to make your final adjustments,

And just flavour your breath.

Just feel the freshness passing through your nasal cavities,

Refreshing your nostrils.

Slowly and bit by bit,

Your breath becomes calmer,

Longer and deeper.

You enjoy these breath cycles that you are promoting,

By flavouring each inhalation,

Feeling the freshness passing through your throat,

Feeling the freshness of the air arriving in your lungs,

Touching your heart,

And bringing you serenity,

Calmness,

Tranquility.

Allow your breath to bring you in the present moment,

As you all have chosen to be right here,

Right now,

Today.

And explore more inner dimensions of yourself,

To balance your system.

In each inhalation,

Exhalation,

You relax more and more,

As you let go of worries,

Thoughts that doesn't serve you at the moment.

And I invite you to relax your face muscles,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your eyebrows.

And in your imagination,

Your visualisation,

You bring your awareness into the third eye,

Just in the middle of your eyebrows.

Relax more your eyes.

Inhale and direct the air,

The freshness of the air,

Up in your third eye.

In stimulating this area,

Awakening the energy,

And you don't need to force it,

Just let it happen naturally to you.

Let's place a gentle smile on the lips,

The smile of the Buddha.

And all is well.

All you need to know is to listen to the words I have to offer you today.

Inhale in,

Exhale out.

Visualise,

Imagine or just simply let your intuition flow,

And bring all your awareness,

Your attention to the third eye.

In your inner sight,

Your inner mind,

You allow the colours to happen in front of your eyes,

The luminosity,

The gentle frequency that may stickel your forehead.

As you keep inhaling and exhaling in this area,

In your forehead,

In your Ajna chakra,

The third eye.

As the energy awakens more and more,

You invite all this luminosity to come into your mind.

You may start to perceive the purple,

The violet colour coming into the mind.

So think relaxing,

Calming your thoughts.

As we are now aware of the third eye energy,

I invite you to prepare to apply Mula Bandha.

Inhale once,

Relax,

Relay inhale twice,

Relax,

And now we are going to inhale,

Apply Mula Bandha,

Lift all the energy up throughout your spine into the third eye,

Hold,

Retain.

Exhale,

Relax Mula Bandha,

Visualize all the energy flowing down to your root chakra.

Very well,

Breathe normally.

Now bring your awareness to your pelvic area,

To the Mooladhara chakra.

Visualize the red light appearing in the region of the Pyrenean.

You connect in your mind,

In your inner vision,

With a dot if the color is red and start to expand.

Expand in your pelvic floor,

In your hips,

And I invite you to chant with me the mantra,

LAM,

Three times,

Inhale,

Relax,

Inhale,

Relax,

Inhale,

Chant LAM.

LAM,

Inhale,

LAM,

Inhale,

LAM,

Take a moment to feel the vibrations in your root chakra,

Visualize in your inner sight,

In your mind,

All your hip taking the red color,

Your lower abdomen,

Your pelvic area being abundantly energized by this earth energy.

Feel the vibrations and the strength of this energy grounding you,

Creating a solid stability,

A connection with earth.

And now once again,

As you inhale,

Apply Mula Bandha,

Inhaling,

Lift all the energy up throughout your spine,

All the way up into your third eye,

Retain,

Hold,

Exhale,

Relax,

Release Mula Bandha.

Breathe normally,

Relax your lips,

And once again,

Inhale,

Apply Mula Bandha,

Bring all the energy up into the third eye,

Retain,

Hold,

Absorb into the third eye,

Relax.

Now,

Dear ones,

Bring your attention,

Your awareness to your third eye,

And each inhalation,

Visualize the pranic energy,

Cosmic energy,

Flowing from the third eye all the way down through your spine,

Connecting with your root chakra and coming up again through the spine,

And encountering the energy of the third eye.

Inhale,

Bring the energy all the way down,

Exhale,

Bring the energy all the way up into the third eye.

Flow and joy and experience.

Meditate on this energy,

On the prana that is flowing in your spinal cord,

Awakening all the energy points in your body,

The nadis.

You may visualize yourself,

Your body,

As a grid of energy with thousands of points,

You may call it meridians,

And you energize them with this pranic energy,

This connection,

This bridge you have established from the root chakra,

Mula Dhar,

Until your third eye,

Ajna.

Flow,

Vibrate.

Inhale,

Bring the energy all the way down,

And experience.

In each inhalation,

You expand more and more energy throughout your body,

Let this dots of light that you have promoted,

Let this light enter also in your cells,

You may want to direct this energy to a specific point of your body that you would like to heal,

To restore,

To rejuvenate,

All in your mind,

Just direct all this energy as you wish,

As your intuition may guide you in joy and flow.

Inhale,

Bring the energy all the way down,

And experience.

In each inhalation,

Flavor your existence,

Your inner connection,

Explore your inner system,

Vibrate,

And experience.

Now,

Dear ones,

I invite you once again to bring your awareness to your third eye,

As we will all together chant the mantra of the third eye,

Which is OM.

You may chant it out loud,

Or you may just mentally chant it in your mind.

Please take a deep inhalation,

Exhale,

Relax,

Another deep inhalation,

Exhale,

Relax,

Inhale and chant,

OM.

Inhale,

OM.

Inhale,

OM.

Inhale and exhale normally,

And just take a moment to acknowledge and to enjoy the vibrations promoted.

Inhale,

Become one with your breath,

Become the breath,

Smile.

Please bring your hands together in Anjali Mudra,

A prayer gesture,

Where you connect the thumbs into your chest.

Feel the rhythm of your heart beat,

From your third eye you visualize your heart chakra,

Love,

Kindness and conditional love spreading out from your chest into your hands.

Feel these vibrations of love and kindness on the palms of your hands.

And to seal this meditation,

I invite you to chant with me three times the heart chakra and the heart amantra,

YI YAM.

Inhale once,

Relax,

Exhale.

Inhale twice,

Relax,

Exhale.

Inhale and chant.

YI YAM.

Inhale.

Inhale.

YI YAM.

Om Namah Shivaya Om Namah Shivaya Om Namah Shivaya.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Dear ones,

Please bring your hands into your eyes.

Open your eyes and let your eyes absorb all this energy from your heart chakra.

Let your eyes absorb this energy and bring into your third eye,

Bringing calmness,

Serenity into your thoughts,

Into your mind.

Thoughts of calm,

Healing,

Prosperity,

Love.

As you wish,

You can remove gently your hands passing through your cheeks,

Your face,

Also your neck,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your legs.

And when you're ready,

With your eyes gazing the floor,

You may open your eyes and come back,

Gently bringing your awareness back.

The deepest meditation by far. It was red fire and white ice meeting and merging. I became very hot in the consummation, until I lost all sense of physicality. In my third eye I saw complex calculus way beyond my comprehension, but I knew they meant something sublimal and enlightening. After which there was a sunburst of white light radiating outwards. A joyful and peaceful experience. On a physical level, I had strained my shoulder and neck doing energetic gardening. The pain has disappeared entirely. Thank You Gi. Namaste 🙏🏻
