Inhale,
Feel the freshness of the air passing through your throat.
Exhale,
Let it go,

Let's clean up the mind.
I invite you to bring your attention to the center of your eyes.
And simply let a light unfold in your inner sight,
Relaxing you more and more.
Let this light expand gently inside of your head,
