Welcome to this morning motivation meditation.
Allow this moment to be your gentle awakening to a day filled with purpose,
Energy,
And clarity.
Let's begin by finding your position,
Sit or lie down,
In a comfortable posture.
Let your body relax but in the same time remain alert,
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body,
And gently close your eyes if you feel comfortable.
Now let's connect with your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Feeling your lungs completely,
Hold it for a moment,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let's repeat two more times,
Allowing each breath to draw you deeper into the present moment.
I invite you to continue breathing only from your nostrils,
And let's bring your awareness to the sensations of your body.
Feel the weight of your body grounding yourself,
The freshness of the air passing through your nostrils,
And the rhythm of your breath.
I invite you to imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,
Anchoring you to the earth.
As you feel grounded,
Supported,
And strong.
Now I invite you to set an intention,
Gently bring to mind one intention for your day.
It could be to approach your tasks with focus,
To spread kindness around you,
Or to embrace opportunities with courage.
Silently state this intention to yourself.
Today I will,
And finish the sentence with your chosen focus.
Let's take a moment to reflect on the potential for good in the day ahead.
Let's cultivate optimism by thinking of one thing,
No matter how small,
That excites or inspires you.
Imagine yourself encountering unexpected joys and finding opportunities in every situation.
Let this optimistic mindset energize you and create a positive foundation for the day.
Now I invite you to picture yourself moving through your day with ease and confidence.
See yourself achieving your goals,
Radiating positivity,
And responding to challenges with grace.
Visualize how successful you can be.
Let this vision energize and inspire you.
Repeat silently or aloud the following affirmations,
Or choose your own that resonates with you.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I welcome this new day with gratitude and energy.
I have the strength to face anything that comes my way.
