Welcome to this first full moon of 2022.

We will experience 12 full moons this year and the wolf moon is our first full moon of 2022.

So before we begin lets get comfortable.

Lets close our eyes,

Gently straighten the spine,

Roll the shoulders back,

Begin to move into stillness,

Becoming present and moving into the moment.

This moon is so called the wolf moon as in the cold winter nights the native American communities would hear the wolves howling outside of their villages.

Their howling came as a consequence of being hungry in the cold winter months.

Full moons are a time of releasing,

The moon is at its fullest,

The brightest part of its journey and as the journey continues we see the light wane.

In alignment with the light of the moon we see us releasing and letting go.

We begin to make room for our dreams and desires to enter.

This is a time to look within and to see what isn't working for you.

Like the wolves I invite you to find your hunger,

I invite you to look inwards and reflect on what you are hungry for.

Search within yourself to see what it is you need to let go of to relieve that hunger.

How can you allow food in to feed your soul and alleviate the hunger within.

This is a time for introspection and reflection and to witness the hunger of the inner mind.

The cold winter months are an invitation to seek within.

So as we settle further into this meditation,

As you breathe into this space,

Begin to consider what it is you are hungry for.

What is your soul calling for?

What is it you truly desire that will satisfy your hunger?

Take some time to consider this.

Now you have established your desires,

What do you need to release in order to bring this to fruition?

What do you need to release to alleviate your hunger within?

Now you have established your desires,

What do you need to release in order to relieve that hunger?

You You You Imagine yourself sitting under the luminous moon.

She's shining brightly on you You are being lit up internally by the light of this beautiful moon All your desires are yours Everything that has been weighing you down has gone it has melted all away You have released everything that was holding you back You have made space for all your desires it is all yours Sink into this melt into this Melt into this Feel yourself filling up on your wishes your dreams There is nothing holding you back.

It is all yours You You You You You You Feeling satisfied feeling full feeling complete I Welcome you back into the moment and into the now May you continue to be nourished by this moon Wishing you all a blessed and happy for me You
