So sitting comfortably,
Gently straighten your spine and rest your hands on your lap.
Have your palms facing up,
Open to receive.
Just arrive into the moment,
Into the now,
Becoming present.
Really breathe into yourself.
Begin to connect to the love that's deeply within you.
Really begin to feel into a deep sense of love within.
It might help you to focus your attention on your heart space,
The area in the centre of your chest.
As you really put your attention into there,
Just really feel the love begin to grow and allow that feeling to expand slowly throughout your body.
Just keep breathing into that,
Allowing it to expand more and expand more.
And let that feeling just get gently bigger than your physical body and allow it to flow out into your aura.
You might want to take it just an inch or two out of your body or you might be called to take it further out of your body,
Whichever feels more comfortable in this moment.
But I want you to feel that you're sitting in a bubble of love.
This loving feeling that is within you has seeped out of you and you are sat in this loving bubble of pure loving essence.
And as you bathe in this love,
Silently repeat this mantra after me.
I am committed to myself.
I am committed to all the parts of myself.
I show up daily with love and nurture myself.
Each day I recommit to showing up with love for myself.
Each day I embrace myself with love.
Each day I am growing.
Each day I am allowing growth to take place.
Each day I grow a little bit more.
I embrace this growth.
I embrace the new feelings this growth brings.
I release the resistance and I embrace the new.
My self-love is expanding with this growth.
My self-love grows daily.
