Hello and welcome.

My name is Kathy and I'm glad you could join me.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

There's nothing you need to do right now.

Nowhere you need to be.

Just this breath.

Just this space.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a slow breath out through your mouth.

Let's repeat that.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a slow breath out through your mouth.

Feel the air moving in and out of your body.

Each inhale brings life.

Each exhale releases what no longer serves you.

With every breath in,

Imagine drawing in strength.

With every breath out,

Let's go of doubt,

Tension and fear.

Now gently place one hand over your heart.

Feel the quiet rhythm beneath your palm.

Your heart beating steadily,

Carrying you through every moment of your life.

You have already overcome so much to be here.

That strength still lives within you,

Always.

I invite you to silently repeat these words.

I am powerful.

I am grounded.

I am capable of creating change.

Notice what happens in your body as you say these words.

Perhaps your spine straightens a little.

Perhaps your breath deepens.

Or a quiet confidence begins to rise from within.

Empowerment doesn't always roar.

Sometimes it's a gentle flame.

Steady,

Calm,

Unwavering.

Even as life gets loud.

You can trust that flame.

It knows your resilience.

It knows your truth.

Now bring to mind a moment when you felt strong.

A time when you stood tall.

When you kept going.

Even though it was so difficult.

See yourself there.

Feel that strength in your body.

Where is it?

In your heart?

Your stomach?

Your whole body?

Let that feeling grow until it fills every cell of you in light.

The light of empowerment.

Now repeat after me,

Silently or out loud.

I trust myself.

I am enough.

I walk in my power with grace and dignity.

Breathe in that truth.

Let it anchor into your whole being.

Your power does not depend on your circumstances.

It flows from within you.

Steady,

Wise and unshakable.

Take one last deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment.

And slowly exhale.
