Allow yourself to stop for a moment.

Gently close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through the nose and gently exhale it out through the mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.
Allow your breathing now to return to its natural rhythm.
There's nothing you need to change and nothing you need to force.
Just notice the breath moving in and moving out.
Perhaps you can feel the rise of the chest or the gentle movement of the belly.
If your mind is busy,
That's completely fine.
Each time you notice the mind wandering,
Simply guide your attention back to the breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
With every exhale,
Allow the body to soften a little.
Relaxing your jaw,
Softening your shoulders and letting the muscles of the face be easy.
Take one slightly deeper breath in and slowly release it.
For this moment,
There is nowhere else to be.
Just breathing.
Just this pause.
Now take one final breath in and a long gentle breath out.
As you begin to bring awareness back to your surroundings,
