Hello and welcome.
This is Bailey Barber and I'm so grateful you are here with me tonight.
As we start our practice tonight,
Take a moment to do nothing,
But notice that you are here,
That you have arrived in this space.
There is nothing you need to change right now,
Nothing you need to fix,
Nothing you need to figure out,
Just allowing yourself to be here.
This practice is a gentle unwinding,
A soft return back to your body,
Back to your breath,
Back to a quiet place within you.
Begin to settle in to your comfortable position,
Lying down.
Let the body be supported completely.
And as you settle in,
In your own time,
Gently close down your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath,
Not controlling it,
Not shaping it,
Just noticing the breath already happening.
You are not doing the breath,
The breath is doing itself.
And as you notice this,
Something in the body may begin to soften without effort.
A gentle settling.
Now invite the breath to deepen.
Inhale slowly through the nose and exhale softly,
Letting the exhale be slightly longer than the inhale.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
Each exhale a quiet signal that it's safe to let go.
No need to force relaxation,
Just allowing gravity to do the work.
Feel the weight of your body,
The back of the head,
The shoulders.
The arms,
The hips,
The legs,
The heels.
All resting,
All supported.
Nothing is holding you up.
You are being held.
Now bring your awareness to the space of the heart.
Sensing that quiet place.
This is where your sankalpa lives.
Your quiet intention for our practice tonight.
Ask yourself gently,
What feels true for me right now?
What does my body need?
Let the answer come softly,
Without forcing.
It may be a feeling or a simple phrase.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I can rest.
Whatever arises,
Trust it.
Repeat it silently three times,
Placing it into your heart space.
And now,
Rather than thinking it,
Feel your intention.
As if the body already knows.
Let it move from the heart,
Through the chest,
Into the belly,
Through the entire body.
This is not something you are doing.
This is something you are remembering,
Experiencing.
And now I want to share a message from my angelic guide team,
Who calls themselves Andromeda.
I connected with these beautiful beings of light through angelic Reiki,
And they have a message of light for you now.
Dear one,
We know you are tired and weary from the times you are in.
Please fear not,
And let this time pass.
For you hold the light within you that will guide you and your planet to the next chapter of your earthly existence.
This is the time to find your light and let it shine for all to see.
In your days,
Your weeks,
And months ahead,
The light will begin to grow stronger within you all.
You will know this is happening when the feelings of love you experience outweigh the feelings of worry and fear.
The light is here,
Waiting for you to connect with it.
It has always been inside of you,
And we encourage you to use this practice tonight as a way to connect back with your light.
Let this practice lift you to places you have not been yet,
And connect you with the quiet inner knowing that resides in your heart.
This is the portal to your light,
Your heart.
Your heart will lead you home.

As I begin to send you distance Reiki,
Start to notice a soft field of light.
Just above the body.
Just a gentle sense of presence.
This is the light of Reiki.
The light of life itself.
And as I begin sending you Reiki,
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply notice what is already here.
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
As if the light is resting here.
Soft,
Open.
Rather than directing the light,
Let the light reveal itself.
Awareness moves to the forehead,
The eyes,
The jaw.
Not fixing.
Not changing.
Just aware.
The throat.
A gentle opening.
A softening.
The shoulders.
Let them be exactly as they are.
The arms.
Hands.
Fingers.
The chest.
Notice the breath moving here.
Without effort.
The heart space fills with light.
Perhaps a quiet warmth.
Or an inner peace.
The belly.
Rising.
Falling.
You may begin to notice that the body is being breathed.
That the body is being held.
And the light is not separate from this.
It is the same field.
Awareness moving into the hips.
The legs.
The feet.
Now gently bring your awareness to your body.
We will move slowly through each part.
Allowing the light and energy you have been invited in to follow your attention.
Simply noticing.
Simply resting.
Bring your attention to your right hand.
Feel each finger.
Middle.
Little finger.
Sense your palm.
The back of your hand.
Your wrist.
And the entire upper arm.
Your shoulder.
Collarbone.
The right side of your chest.
Feel the energy moving down into your hip.
Your thigh.
And all the way to the top of your foot.
Sensing each toe individually.
Big toe.
Second.
And little toe.
Now bring your awareness to your left hand.
Noticing each finger.
Little finger.
Sense your palm.
The back of your hand.
Move your attention down to your hip.
And toes.
Big toe.
Second.
Little toe.
Bring your awareness now to your back.
Feel the right shoulder blade.
Left shoulder blade.
The muscles along your spine.
From tailbone to neck.
Sense your lower back.
Middle back.
Upper back.
As the energy flows through the back of your neck.
The back of your head.
And the crown of your head.
Gently bring your awareness to your forehead.
Eyebrows.
Bridge of the nose.
Nostrils.
Tip of your nose.
Solar plexus.
Navel.
Now feel the whole body resting as one.
One field of awareness.
Imagine you are lying beside a quiet forest river.
It is night and the air is cool and still.
It feels pleasant on your skin.
Above you,
The sky is filled with stars.
And next to you,
The gentle sound of water.
Flowing smoothly over stone.
Soft,
Rhythmic,
Comforting.
The lullaby of the earth.
And the earth beneath you is holding your body.
Cradling you in comfort.
With each breath,
You settle deeper.
The sound of the river.
And the silence behind it.
Notice the stillness that holds everything.
You are not separate from this moment.
You are the stillness.
You are the sound.
You are the river.
You are the earth.
Nothing to hold.
Nothing to change.
Just resting in this state of oneness with all.
Let even this soften.
No need to follow the voice.
No need to stay aware.
Just notice what is already here.
The breath.
Breathing itself.
The body.
Drifting into rest.
Nothing to do.
Just this.
And from here,
Sleep comes.
Naturally.
As you simply rest.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are at rest.
