So just go ahead and find yourself any movements you need to make to get comfortable and start to draw all the focus inwards into the stomach,
Into the ribs so you feel the inhales expanding in your body and you feel the exhales releasing all of the tension.
Inhaling expanding the capacity to heal the awareness of your inner self and exhaling anything that doesn't need to be focused on right now as if you could just draw the curtains around you.
The only thing that matters right now is for you to recharge,
Rest,
And heal and see if you can also bring to mind that green emerald color in your chest.
Just imagine as you're breathing in your chest expands and you could assign that green color to your chest.
You may not be able to picture it,
It's not gonna look like a movie,
But whenever your mind goes to other stories just bring it back to this story of bringing in divine healing energy into your body.
And we've all heard of those instant miracles of people becoming even more satisfied with their lives so just allow that possibility to run through you of being in your most ascended form,
Of being capable of miracles,
Being capable of forgiveness,
And of being capable of being the bigger person in a way that feels rewarding.
Just honoring your sensitivity,
Whatever feelings come off as you're bringing the awareness into the chest,
Into the stomach,
Any emotion that has come off just honor it and let it flow through like a wave.
And everything within you is accepted now.
And this light that you're bringing inside can support anything that you're going through.
And again bringing the focus to the chest area,
Allowing the chest to expand,
And inviting in that image of the green healing energy to recharge and heal the rest of your body.
And just imagine this energy coming from your heart as you inhale.
Imagine that it could restore and relax the other areas of your body.
Feel your shoulders softening and dropping.
Feel the back of your neck lengthening.
Feel all the muscles in your back start to soften behind your shoulders.
Feel the sides of your body as the ribs expand,
It brings in all of the softening to the areas around your stomach that have so much to process.
And now get this gift of just releasing,
Relaxing,
Purifying.
Bringing that gentle awareness into the lower back.
And see if you can give permission to those muscles to also relax,
Soften,
And surrender to the chair below you.
Feeling that welcome heaviness.
And imagine that wave of relaxation spreading through your legs.
Feeling your legs become relaxed.
Feeling all of the muscles soften,
Lengthen,
Release.
You can imagine that the joints could relax now.
And keep the gasoline of that expansive breath in the stomach and chest,
Sending out that relaxing energy all the way down to the bottom of the feet.
And it's as if you could breathe with your entire body now.
Inhaling,
Feeling that gentle rise.
And exhaling,
Feeling that welcome heaviness of being in your body.
And now we're going to take the stairs so you can go deeper inside of your awareness.
Imagine what the stairs you would build would look like,
Out of marble or rock.
Imagine you're standing at the top of these stairs,
Ready to journey even deeper inside yourself.
And there's 10 steps.
With each step,
You'll go deeper and deeper.
Starting with 10,
Taking one step down,
Feeling yourself relax.
Nine,
Taking another step down.
Drifting deeper and deeper into this place of softness,
Of awareness,
And of expanded perceptions.
Eight,
Drifting,
Floating down deeper and deeper into this safety net.
Seven,
Drifting even deeper and deeper.
The only thing that matters now is for you to relax and enjoy the journey.
The deeper you go,
The better you feel,
And the better you feel,
The more you can heal.
Six,
Doing great,
Allowing yourself to drift 10 times deeper.
Five,
Taking another step down,
Feeling the relief of honoring yourself,
Even the voices quieting down now.
Four,
Drifting,
Sinking,
Floating down deeper and deeper.
Three,
Two,
And one.
The stairs have brought you to a lush meadow filled with wildflowers and the essence of you.
Notice what animals appear when you look around,
What's flying in the sky,
What is representing the individual essence of your soul here.
See what comes up.
Notice the soft grass beneath your feet,
The wind caressing the back of you,
And that feeling of lightness that surrounds you.
You turn around just to make sure what's there,
But you're still surrounded by peaceful environment.
You continue to walk through the meadow,
Looking at how tall the trees go into the sky,
And feel also your capacity to be stabilized by the environment.
You're able to adjust and grow to these new soaring heights like the tree,
Aware of just how strong and graceful your soul is now that you're here.
You keep walking,
And in the distance you see that there's a bonfire.
You can already hear the crackling of the fire,
And feel the need to walk,
Or perhaps even run,
Skip,
Jump to the fire.
And as you get closer,
You see surrounding the fire are your ancestors,
The ones that have come before you,
The ones that have been rooting for you,
That have been nudging you in ways that only you can notice.
And they are so glad to see you.
There's warm smiles,
And one of them seems to be a shaman.
There's drumming,
And there's also an incense burning that cleanses all the energies around you.
You feel even more weightless as one of the ancestors comes to you with this sage to cleanse your energies,
And to help you ground into this deeper awareness of yourself.
There's nothing you need to do or give us.
They tell you you are here to recharge and heal,
Because your light,
Your purpose supports others that love you.
And you feel so supported as you sit down,
And one of them offers you a cup of hot tea filled with herbs and spices,
And just notice who is there,
They're dancing,
Feeling the effects of the fire,
Of that grandfather spirit energy,
The energy that is still sometimes,
Even in chaotic situations,
The energy that transforms garbage into ash to be regenerated,
And that warmth that is in yourself,
That soul that is burning within you,
That keeps your ambitions,
That fires up your engines when you think you have no energy left,
You are able to keep on going to new heights,
And let the spirit of the fire replenish you.
Imagine that it even replenishes your eyes,
So you get that fire back into your eyes,
And now the ancestors and shaman invite you to connect with the earth energy,
You notice that you're sitting on a tree,
On a log,
And you feel that steadiness,
You feel that home of your own body,
As its own tree,
As its own living entity,
That is your safety to return to,
And the mind doesn't give you the answers,
Which it often does not,
This is the place you go into,
Your body,
The container,
And you feel your body relax even more now that it is being recharged,
And you remember this cup of tea that the ancestors gave you,
Representing the element of water to replenish and soften and adapt you into this state of grace,
And you feel the water move through your body,
Your veins,
And you remember the wisdom of these ancestors that surround you,
That is circulating through you,
Imagine what they would tell you,
What would course through your veins,
What is in your lifeline,
Your bloodline,
That moves you,
And then you look to one of the ancestors that you feel closest to,
And they ask what you need,
Seeing if you can be completely transparent with them,
If you need to forgive someone,
If you need clarity,
Ask for it all,
Ask for them to show you,
To guide you in ways you can understand,
You are not indebted to them,
They are honored to be available for you,
And you feel the contact of the air that surrounds you in this space,
It is as if one of the ancestors is blowing around you a wave of fresh changes,
The ability to observe from a higher place,
From your higher self,
And the intuition to navigate in that place of higher knowing,
And the ancestors gather around the fire with you,
Formulating a shape to contain this essence now,
And seal the effects,
And if there is anything that you wish to give them,
Just imagine that you are setting it out on the ground,
Any token of gratitude,
Know that it is time for you to come back into your world,
That they will always be available,
And as you say goodbye,
You walk back through the meadow slowly now,
Still capturing these beautiful effects,
And it is as if you never left them,
Now they are within you,
For you to call upon,
For you to ask,
What would serve you best in those around you,
And as I count from one to five,
You will slowly start to come back into your body,
One,
Feeling all of your body processes normalize,
Feeling recharged,
Two,
Feeling the chair beneath you,
Imagine that you could grow roots exactly where you are,
To root you down into the environment,
To receive all of the benefits,
Know that where you need to be is where you are,
Three,
Four,
Starting to rub your hands together,
And five,
Placing your hands somewhere on your body,
To comfort,
Come back,
And taking your time to open your eyes whenever you are ready,
Welcome back dear soul,
