The meditation gently invites you to visualize a warm, soft light enveloping the head, gradually melting away the knots of tension. With each breath, a sense of release and relief washes over, creating space for a serene mental landscape. Through the art of visualization, participants are encouraged to picture the tension dissolving like wisps of mist, leaving behind a tranquil and unburdened mind.

So please make yourselves comfortable.

Get into a place where you can relax and close your eyes making those adjustments.

If you need to press pause and let's begin.

I invite you to turn on your imagination.

Close your eyes and draw your attention inwards.

Take a nice deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Allow all the tension to leave your body.

Breathe in the fresh air and breathe out the stagnation.

Taking another deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Taking another breath in and let it out even slower this time.

Take another deep breath in and hold it for a moment and as you exhale just imagine all the tension leaves your body.

Begin to scan your head and even your scalp.

Look for the tension,

The tightness that is there and imagine you could breathe in peace and calm into your mind as if those words could just inhale in through your nostrils as if you could breathe in those letters that make up the words peace and calm.

Inhaling in those words through each nostril,

Breathing them in peace and calm and let them wash over all of the parts of your brain inside.

Just using your imagination.

Breathe in the peace and calm.

Breathe out the anxiety.

Maybe you want to make it a strong breath to really breathe it out.

Breathe in the peace and calm and really breathe out the anxiety like the sound of the sails on a blustery day on the sea.

Inhaling in the peace and calm.

Exhale out the anxiety.

Blow it out through the mouth making the sound of wind as you breathe it out just like you hear the wind when your car window is open and the world is just passing you by.

Let that change pass you by.

The change from anxiety into peace and calm.

Again breathe in the peace and calm.

Allow the discomfort to leave.

Breathe it out as if you could create a vacuum from all of this discomfort and anxiety in your mind lingering around in your brain.

Use your breath to vacuum it up.

Vacuum up all the debris from the day.

The debris from the excessive thinking that's just sitting in your mind like little dust particles and hair balls on the floor that need to be swept up.

Vacuum them up with your breath all of the anxieties and breathe them out.

You don't even have to name what it is.

Just taking another deep breath in peace and calm breathing in through the nostrils and as you're renovating this headspace breathe out the anxieties that are no longer part of the new decor in your mind.

Because this is part one of the renovation and we begin with the most important framework of the body,

The mind,

The logical mind.

Always trying to figure out if something's working.

Is this meditation working?

Is this imagination working?

Is this recording just completely nuts?

As you keep breathing deeply bring your focus again inside and just scan inside of your mind,

Inside of your head,

Inside of your skull.

Not often do we bring our attention to behind our eyes.

We're always looking out but when we look in as if we could imagine the point in the middle of our skull where our ears and eyes meet in the center imagining that darkness and that space that exists inside all of these crevices and organisms working inside.

Inside can you imagine those words that you breathed in peace and calm floating around in your mind in this dark space inside just like little flags or perhaps like a huge hot air balloon but instead of hot air it's with stillness it's with cool air that you breathe in that breaks up the stagnation.

Breathing in this fresh air breathing out the anxiety now in a more gentle way.

Just allowing all of that uneasiness to leave and feel this relaxation spreading throughout the entire inside of your head.

Now I'd like you to imagine that there is a brilliant light above you.

Just allow this light to enter in through the top of your head and this light will spread slowly and comfortably and as it does it will help you to relax.

Imagine this light flowing over your forehead.

Imagine this light flowing over your eyes the inside of your eyes flowing over your nose and your lips.

It helps to release tension and imagine this light washes over your jaws your jaw unlocks and your chin may drop to help you relax even deeper.

Now I'd like you to bring your focus to the area that usually gets affected by the overthinking analytical stress the most.

Perhaps it is the back of your neck maybe it's your temples or maybe it's in the sides of your face and your jaw every muscle and joint in your face becomes relaxed.

It feels so good to relax all those muscles that are working and thinking and analyzing and speaking all day but now it is time to fill this part of your body with light and the only thing that matters right now is for you to enjoy this journey and relax imagining that this light flows through your head through every follicle on the scalp of your hair that this light flows through the skin through every pore.

Let this light melt in like the inside of a volcano just illuminated illuminated with this healing light allowing this light to enter in to your ears below your jaw so it unlocks even more and you feel the back of your neck extend bringing your focus to this area that's affected by all of the mental thought processes and worries throughout the day all of that mental focus from the ears focus the light now to that area the light will cleanse and fill every cell and fiber sensing this wave of relaxation to the area of your neck or head that gets affected by this thinking the most this light will wash away the tension breaking up all of the fibers that have been wound so tight by the overthinking and just let it wash away all gently just like maple syrup slowly trickling down and with the most gentle release feel that tension melt down tripping down this healing light washes slowly and comfortably setting your mind back to factory mode it's all part of the healing of course you may experience sensations it's all part of the process letting your mind and your jaw and your face relax maybe more relaxed than they've ever felt what does this relaxation remind you of the sensations of melting of feeling light taking a deep breath in and allowing yourself to relax even deeper 10 times deeper now with this deep relaxation you can rejuvenate and heal yourself the more deeply relaxed you are the more profoundly healing and as i keep talking you relax deeper and deeper and as these areas of your face and your jaw and your neck relax this helps your mind relax too welcoming again that healing cleansing light into your head and your neck feeling this soft illumination imagining that your head and neck could be turned on like a light bulb from the inside if you want to use your hand to make a switch turn on the switch turn on that healing light to be switched on in your neck and head i wonder how fast the healing will happen for you we've all heard of these instant miracles i wonder for you too if it will be that fast as you welcome that healing light into your head and the back of your neck and allowing all that corrosion and tension and tension to just melt away as your jaw unlocks as the back of your neck relaxes as the top of your head feels like it's reaching up even higher lengthening from the top of your spine invite in that healing light and just remember you may hear other things in the background but nothing matters because the only thing that matters right now is inviting this healing light into one of the most important places in your body and now i'm going to count from one to five and as i do you will come back to normal breathing one two feeling still relaxed and refreshed three absorbing the suggestions and that illumination you receive four four feeling so proud of yourself for taking out the time to heal and five coming back all the way now welcome back
