Bring in your focus inwards and inviting the healing light again to start to move through your body.
Beginning with the top of your head to release all the tension of the mind.
All of the thoughts,
Imagining they could just slide away and soften with this healing light.
Imagine your face receiving this healing light so all of the muscles in the face start to soften.
This healing light could caress your jaw,
Your chin,
Releasing all of the tension.
Imagine this light running through the back of your head and it's just a healing light.
And see if you can surrender the back of your head even more into the pillow.
And invite this light now to run through your neck,
To run through your shoulders and let it flow through your arms and hands and the backs of your arms to release all of the tension.
Bring in that awareness to your arms,
To the extensions of your heart.
And remember your heart's desire now to lose the excess weight,
To feel so much better about your body.
And imagine that heart's desire that is shining out now into all of the cells of your body from your chest area.
That you want to look and feel your best and that you are confirming this as your new reality to start taking place.
Imagine this shining out so it's integrating into your center part of you,
Starting to breathe now down towards your stomach and letting that intention and that healing light flow down through the back,
Through the sides of the stomach and through the front.
Noticing that gentle rise and fall of your stomach as it calibrates to this new truth that you're sending out.
And your body's accepting this new state of mind,
Awareness and reality to have a toned body,
And the light washes away all of the discomfort or heaviness that was associated with the times before perhaps when you were unable to lose the weight.
And now it is accepting this new reality with curiosity about how fast and when you will start to notice the effects.
And just notice this pleasant warmth that starts to spread through the body,
Feeling that warmth of optimism and acceptance spread through you to create a beautiful,
Comfortable state within you.
Notice that state of tranquility that starts to grow.
And as your body relaxes deeper,
This will help your mind to relax as well.
And the more relaxed your mind is,
The more relaxed your body is to shed what has kept it safe before.
And allowing any sense of shame or resentment for having had the weight for the period of time,
Just allow that to dissipate because now you are imagining and creating a new future for yourself,
One where you have all the tools and resources to protect yourself.
And you're not afraid to let go of the things to process and digest the truth of life.
So it's no longer necessary for you to carry the extra weight to surround you.
Now you can relax your body.
And I would like you to imagine a staircase.
Make it very safe and beautiful and you're standing at the top of the staircase.
And as I count from 10 to one,
Visualize that you are walking down the staircase.
And by the time you reach the bottom,
You'll reach the level of relaxation you need for the moment.
And each time you do this,
You'll reach a deeper level of relaxation than the last.
10,
Taking one step down.
Nine,
Relaxing,
Softening the muscles,
Relaxing all the joints.
Eight,
Allowing yourself to drift deeper and deeper inwards.
Seven,
Notice your breathing starts to slow down as well and allow every breath to be a breath of relaxation.
Six,
Allowing each breath to pull you down deeper into yourself to help you relax even more.
Six,
Drifting even deeper,
Feeling safe and secure,
Peaceful and relaxed.
Five,
Now you can drop a curtain to leave out the rest of the world,
The to-do lists,
What happened during the day,
All of that can wait.
And you may still hear sounds from the outside,
Thoughts passing by that you'll notice,
But those will all help you drift deeper as if they're created just to make this experience better for you.
And that's why you're here now,
To make this experience in your body better for you,
To make this experience of your life better for you and everyone who's in it by feeling 100% accepted and excited about the changes occurring in your body.
And with each and every step you take,
Your body also lets go of cravings,
Cravings for things like sugar or things that would not allow you to lose more weight.
And as you start to relax deeper and deeper,
Even the tension around the food itself starts to dissipate.
You realize being this relaxed,
That this is when your body is able to process and digest these truths.
So you will not have tension around food when you eat.
You will allow yourself to be less nervous,
Digesting foods,
Not having any guilt or shame about how much you're eating because you stopped to eat right before your full you chew your food with grace and you allow yourself to be nourished with foods that actually have health benefits and make you feel full.
For still walking down the stairs,
Drifting deeper now and just allow your inner voices to start to quiet down now all of the voices that maybe have said this isn't possible.
You can tell them that things are changing now and you can enjoy this quietness,
This serenity and this new outlook for your body and your future.
Still walking down the stairs three,
Feel yourself being drawn inwards deeper and deeper with each breath you take,
Each breath you inhale in profoundly into the stomach area,
Into the chest,
Feeling this relief of finally being the best you,
The one that you've worked for every day and you feel your heartbeat deeper and deeper.
Four,
You feel your heart being acknowledged,
Full of love and pride that you are listening to its desires to feel so much better in your body.
Two,
Drifting 10 times deeper,
You can feel 10 times more relaxed,
10 times more peaceful.
One,
Letting yourself go completely to sink in deeper and deeper to enjoy the tranquility,
The deep relaxation.
You deserve this break to enjoy it to the fullest because now you've decided to stop punishing your body and to allow yourself the pleasure of looking and feeling your best.
You will accomplish your goal by eating sensibly and in each moment,
You'll know exactly what to do.
It will be natural to take care of yourself,
Your fitness and your body in the right way.
Even the slightest idea of sugar or processed foods,
Your body will remind you this does not match what you want for yourself.
Just the idea of it,
Of those unhealth foods will not be appealing.
And remember,
Instead you get to enjoy all the benefits of having a healthy glow of the skin and a toned physique.
And you have not giving anything up.
Instead,
You're gaining more,
You're gaining better health,
You're gaining more energy and you're knowing that you're worth all that you're capable of.
You're increasing your self-worth and value by committing to a healthier lifestyle of consistent efforts of fitness and real healthy foods.
And if you do approach the time you would normally go for something sweet,
First thing you can do is take a nice deep breath.
Just take a few sips of water to focus on the sips.
So instead of listening to every craving for something that may not be very helpful in this journey of weight loss,
You can enjoy a moment of relaxation and pride instead by taking a nice deep breath before you decide to eat it.
And take a sip of water because now you will know what foods to eat intuitively.
You know what's good for you.
And instead you will be craving fresh food that is good for you.
So you'll feel perfectly safe,
Relaxed and peaceful.
And allow yourself now to imagine you're standing in front of your mirror.
See yourself the way you want to be as if you have already achieved your goal.
Smiling at yourself.
Your eyes full of content.
And allow any thoughts of critiques to just float by knowing that now you are reprogramming and you will do well and you will lose the weight because you are positively motivated and you have this key to success with this relaxation combined with your strong motivation,
You will look and feel your best.
And each and every day you will imagine yourself not as you are right now,
But as you want to be as if you have already achieved it.
And just now allow yourself to drift deeper and deeper into this new reality.
I'll count again down from five to one as if you could also radiate this new truth to the stomach area.
Send this new reality,
This new truth,
Your new physique just like a message down to the stomach area as you breathe into the stomach and the chest.
Five,
Relaxing deeper,
Allowing your body to process this new goal and harmonize with this new future.
Four,
Relaxing even deeper,
Going even deeper inside yourself now to make sure that the deepest part of you is in alignment with this new toned physique that you're ready to accept and work for.
Four,
Three,
Relaxing deeper and deeper with each number.
You feel even more motivated.
Three,
Two,
And one.
I'd like you to imagine now that you're in a beautiful meadow feeling the soft grass underneath your feet,
Feeling the wind caressing your cheeks,
And feeling the welcome heaviness of your feet step onto the soft,
Soft grass.
And this is your inner world filled with all of the beautiful things that you love,
Flowers,
Family that you know you want by your side,
And they're all looking at you with so much happiness in their eyes,
Telling you how great you look.
They didn't even realize how much better you could even look.
And you're almost blushing because of all of this positive attention they're giving you.
But you know that you have earned it and you feel very proud of your new physique.
And you embrace this attention positively and continue through the meadow noticing now how your body is responding to the elements that surround you,
Feeling the relaxation surrounding your shoulders,
Releasing any of that weight that was there of all of your obligations and tensions surrounding losing the weight.
Because now you trust yourself to have this process happen naturally.
You will feel motivated to do fitness activities.
And since you've decided to change this part of your life and the way in which you eat,
You no longer need to carry that tension away on your shoulders.
So just imagine the wind,
Like a gust of wind blows something off of a table,
Just imagine it blowing that weight off of your shoulders.
And you're walking now and you see a bright,
Beautiful building that is close to you.
And it's a movie theater.
Just imagine that you're walking inside of this movie theater and you sit down in a cushioned seat,
The chairs are set up for you,
It's so comfortable and it's easy for you to sit in,
There's so much space.
And you see that the movie is playing a movie of yourself.
And you see yourself on the screen.
But this seems to be the you from the past that perhaps did not make time for your fitness activities,
That would prefer to lay down,
That maybe didn't prioritize healthy foods.
And you're watching this on the movie screen and you realize that this is not an accurate movie anymore.
You look back at the projector and you tell them this is the wrong movie,
Just destroy this one.
So they put on the next movie,
Your subconscious,
And now you see yourself in your beautiful new toned physique,
Preparing healthy foods with this sense of pride,
Working out,
Feeling all of the release of those healthy hormones,
Seeing the people around you that you love and people you don't even know,
Smiling,
Complimenting you.
And it's not as if you need to be their compliments for feeling better.
But you do realize that the weight you have lost is noticeable,
So it's only natural people express praise.
And just watch the movie and notice how you move about your day in your new toned physique after having lost that weight,
What you would do.
And now rewind the movie.
Tell them to rewind it so you can watch it again,
Wanting to see your day to day starting from the beginning again.
Noticing how much more energy you have as you see yourself achieved,
Content,
And confident,
And also in control.
Because you see on the screen how natural it is for you to take care of yourself in the right way,
Proud of your decisions without any shame or guilt about what you're eating.
And you'll be enjoying all of the benefits because of it.
And you see the difference,
All of your goals reached.
And you know that anything is possible now as you watch this movie.
You feel a sense of peace wash over your body.
And feel this sense of peace grow within you.
Being on another chapter of your life.
Being patient,
But also expecting that these results will start to take place over the next coming days.
Giving yourself a couple weeks before you decide to perhaps step on the scale.
And notice,
Again,
That sense of peace and optimism that is spreading through your body at this confidence and optimism of this possibility of this weight being shed from your life.
And notice how you can breathe even deeper now into your stomach.
Feeling that all of these changes are being integrated on this deep level.
Because right now with the mental and emotional relaxation is where the real magic can occur.
Where your body and your mind can create this new road for the beautiful changes and believe that they're happening already.
And you get to enter this state whenever you want to and have time to take a few moments to allow your inner voices to quiet down and to give you that peace,
Quiet,
And optimism for the future and for the toned waistline.
Breathe that neutral air in.
Truth into your body.
Breathing out any doubt.
And as I count from one to five,
You will imagine that your body is integrating these changes on the deepest level of you.
One.
You feel how relaxed your body is,
How open and available it is for this new life,
This new body.
These changes to take place.
Two.
Three.
Feeling safe,
Feeling motivated.
Four.
Feeling so much more proud of yourself that you're committing to this path.
That you're doing what's best for you.
And that you have eliminated all of the doubt and punishing self-talk,
Knowing that you are going to be your cheerleader now.
Praising yourself for the healthy choices and for keeping the motivation going for your fitness.
And five.
Whenever you're ready,
Rubbing your hands together and opening your eyes,
Feeling amazing.
