Welcome Pure Souls.

Prepare yourself to be washed over with relief.

Releasing the burdens of the mind and inviting in the imagination to imagine a wave of relief washing over you.

For this meditation,

You will want to be laying down with your knees bent.

If that's not an option for you,

Seated is fine.

Just make sure you're comfortable rolling out the shoulders and doing what you need to do to relax for the next 15 minutes.

Now I'd like you to turn on your imagination and imagine a bright sparkling turquoise wave that is being washed over your entire body.

This wave continues its cycle matching your inhales and exhales.

On the inhale,

Imagine that wave reaching its full potential over you,

Around you.

On the exhale,

Imagine it splashing into you,

Clearing out all of the other energies from people,

All of the demands on you in the past day.

And again,

When you're ready to inhale,

Imagine that sparkling turquoise brilliant wave and on the exhale,

Allow this wave to immerse through your body,

Starting with the hairs on your arms,

Your stomach,

Your legs.

Imagine this wave washes all the way to the bottom of your feet,

Taking with it all of the pains of yesterday,

Leaving your feet feeling renewed.

And perhaps now you could even imagine the relief as the water moves over each toe,

The tingling from each toe,

So you know it's really working.

Inhaling again,

When you're ready,

Bringing your focus to pretend that wave is coming over you.

And on the exhale,

Imagine it splashing over you,

Taking with it all the preoccupations.

And imagine that sense of an invigoration,

An opportunity that you have now to purify the mind,

The space around your body and the space within you that you've shared with so many people.

Allow this space to be purified and cleansed,

Imagining the magnitude of the wave washing over your face,

Taking away the tension so your jaw softens,

Your neck relaxes.

Imagine now that this wave is washing over the sides of your neck,

So the muscles in your shoulder now feel rejuvenated.

And just pretend that that salt water can cleanse away all of the negativity and the weight that's on your shoulders and replace it with a feeling of tingles and rejuvenation.

Imagine that salt water washes off all of the heaviness and replaces it with a feeling of clean,

Pure relief.

Exhaling out audibly to encourage the process.

Feel the deep inhales moving all the way into the stomach,

So the ribs expand.

And fill yourself with the magnitude of the wave.

Imagine the wave sweeping down your arms,

Running over the skin,

Cleansing away all of the tension and filling you with relief on the inhale,

Relief on the exhale.

Pretend that water moves through your hands,

Feeling each finger relax,

Restored,

And tingling now with that attention.

Imagine that wave of water flushes over the abdomen,

The back,

Down the spinal cord.

Renewing all of the muscles that support your vertebrae and cleaning out all of the tension.

Inhaling in that expansion into your stomach,

Sending that expansion even into your back.

Filling yourself up with the possibilities of fulfilling your desires,

Of allowing yourself to have those desires and releasing away any other heaviness that would try to resist your happiness.

Imagine that water moving over the hips now,

Washing away any soreness,

Allowing it all to get swept away by this wave of healing that moves over the front of the legs,

The thighs,

The backs of the legs.

And consider how much support these legs bring you,

Fulfilling your needs and commands all day and now letting them enjoy this gift of relaxation,

As you imagine this wave flows over your entire body now,

Even in through your legs so the joints are lubricated,

The muscles are completely softened and relaxed.

And allow this wave to splash all the way down to your calves,

To your ankles,

Relieving all that the legs are doing.

Splash all the way down to your calves,

To your ankles,

Relieving all that the legs may have held on to for you.

And now this gift of relaxation is flowing over you as you expand your breath,

Imagining that you could breathe all the way down into the deepest part of you,

Filling yourself up with that relief.

And allow this wave now to connect you into the sense of flow.

Perhaps you feel to even move your body in a swaying motion,

With your knees moving side to side,

Or your head rocking gently.

Just noticing that soft,

Gentle movement.

This wave has allowed your body to tune into that flow,

That rhythm.

And that sense of grace.

The subtle movements can be so nurturing.

So just allow yourself to make even the slightest,

Smallest movements,

Connecting into the sense of the flow that the ocean has revealed for you.

The flow of the water that washes everything clean,

Cleanses away the residue of the mind.

Imagine the wave just splashing off all of the buildup that you held on to,

To be strong and resilient.

And now the water gives you this message.

You can let that all go now.

You no longer need to hold on to tension that you thought would help you overcome challenges.

And maybe for some time,

That tension did help you.

It did help you make through,

To stand your ground.

But now you can go through life in a different way,

With more grace,

Humility.

And the water reminds you of the ease and surrender that is available,

Still within the strength and the force.

And the force.

When you welcome in this process of releasing and allowing your body to respond to life,

This is another way to be strong.

And to respond to what demands your body has taken,

And make sure to nurture your body back into a state of grace,

Of flow,

Of trust.

And now it is time to integrate in these sensations,

The state of flow.

Where can you find relief in your body?

Is there a place in your body that can soften even more?

Perhaps your shoulders can move further away from your neck.

Behind your eyes,

Maybe has softened.

And your hips maybe can melt a bit more into the support below you.

Just scan,

Starting with the top of your head,

Integrating in that relief,

Relief.

Imagine it can move through all of the cells,

Sending that program of relief to flow through the inside of your body,

Carrying that message to all of the organs.

And imagining that wave could flow internally through the insides of the arms,

The chest,

The abdomen.

The relief moves inside of the hips,

Inside of the legs,

All the way down to the feet.

And breathe in that expansive breath and release,

Feeling perhaps a sense of accomplishment for restoring the sense of balance within you.

And tranquility.

And as I count now from one to five,

You will feel this sensation of relaxation become imbued within you.

One,

Bringing all of your awareness back into your body,

Into the room where you are.

Two,

Integrating all of those suggestions,

Making the relaxation and relief very true and real for all of the systems within you.

Three,

Feeling inspired,

Knowing now that everything will change for the better.

Four,

Feeling as if you just went on a nice spa day,

And in a way,

It was your type of spa.

And five,

Whenever you're ready,

Rubbing your hands together,

Placing them over your eyes,

And gently opening your eyes to stare into your own hands.

Feeling that sense of gratitude for what these hands do for you,

And for being able to gift yourself this relief.
