
Revitalizing Your Vibration: A Guide To Energy Hygiene
In this track, I share techniques to call back your energy and have proper energy hygiene that will inspire your fatigue and vitality. Sometimes we are tired due to other people's energy weighing us down, and it is helpful to know how to stay aligned and authentic to your own energy field.

Energy hygiene.
Clear,
Clear,
Clear.
These words I used to repeat to myself after every client that I worked on as a massage therapist.
I would wash my hands and shake them dry all around me instead of using a paper towel.
Repeating these words can help you feel like yourself at the end of your work or school day or just from being out around other people.
Clear,
Clear,
Clear.
Clearing off all the energies that do not align with me.
We use water to clean our bodies.
Take it a step further and have the water cleanse your energy field as well.
When you take a shower or wash your hands,
Repeat the word clear.
Again,
Always use words that feel natural to you.
Intentionally assign this water as a cleansing agent for your energy.
For example,
This water is cleansing away all the energies that do not belong to me.
What will you say at the end of the day to release other energy and wash bad vibes away?
Pause while you write your energy cleansing spell.
Energy leaks and how to call your energy back.
Our day-to-day actions can make us feel depleted and our energy can dissipate out from us like a deflated tire,
Heavy with no momentum.
I'll go over ways we leak energy and then talk of how to bring your energy back in.
Making up stories.
Your energy is diminished by focusing on another person's experience and wondering what made them that way they are.
This is very easy to do on social media since influencers encourage you to follow their success recipes,
But this is something we all can wonder.
How did they do it?
Start to become more selective of how you can spiral into a story mode.
When you read other people by psychically judging them,
Whether it is on the internet or real life,
You are using your energy and creative tokens without getting a return on your investment.
Become aware of creating a story around others' actions and personas and interrupt yourself with this question.
What am I focusing on right now?
This question can remind you of when you are mindlessly drifting off.
Return focus on your own moves rather than riding in someone else's chaotic lane that punctures your energy tire.
Pleasing other people.
Empathizing a response in order to appease someone is another way of leaking energy.
Attempting to make other people's day or smiling at everyone can be energetically exhausting as well.
Of course,
This is a part of many people's jobs.
Just remember you have every right to claim your energy back after your shift.
Shine your light from inside and be the beacon of hope for relief,
Not a crumbling tower that breaks to relate to the gutter.
Giving your energy away.
Another way of giving away your energy is by actually feeling bad for people.
I feel so bad for her this happened.
I just feel so bad for them.
You lower your mood to empathize with this person's misfortune.
It is one thing to be a helping hand or shoulder to cry on for a loved one.
But notice if you begin to pick up others' burdens and feel bad for them.
No matter how confused,
Upset,
Or ego stricken the people around you can be,
Remember they are still experiencing their own karma and faults,
Which leads to their lessons.
Those are not necessarily your tears to cry or your karma to experience.
You can show support by staying in a high vibration.
Healers don't agree with how people see themselves as damaged.
They hold a vision of a person as illuminated from the inside and complete.
Similar to this concept,
You may have heard people say sending you love and light during this difficult time.
In the last chapter,
We learned how to project loving thoughts to someone needing support.
In this case,
You can imagine this person going through a hard time illuminated and full of healing energy.
Empower them by staying in your power and full of light instead of dread.
Calling your energy back.
After you give away energy by helping someone feel better,
Call your energy back once you're finished.
Announcing out loud or in your mind to command any bits and pieces of you that were leaked to return to you can improve your breath and awareness of these different layers of yourself.
Use words that you believe in.
Here's another example.
I call in any of my essence that has been leaked or given away to fully return into my being.
You can use your arms to imagine you're waving your energy back in.
Another example.
I declare my energy as sovereign.
Any energy that has been depleted from my field,
I now call back into my wholeness.
And again,
Use your imagination with your arms like wings to bring it back into you.
Write your energy callback commandment using your own words.
Say this to yourself when you come home or set a reminder on your phone.
Pause while you write your own.
As you make this a habit,
The practice may become deeper and you will think of other ways to call your energy back with another ritual or movement.
Energy collection visualization.
Retrieving parts of yourself that were scattered.
This helps you to feel more present and fully in the moment.
Make sure you're in a place where you can safely close your eyes.
Draw your attention inwards.
Pretend there is a healing light above you and allow this light to enter into your body.
As it does,
It cleanses each part of you,
Starting with the top of your head.
This healing light cleanses your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your jaw.
You feel your chin come slightly in.
This light cleanses your neck and shoulders,
Feeling your neck and shoulders relax.
This light travels down to your chest,
Spreading through your arms,
Illuminating your arms.
This light relaxes your stomach.
This light fills your hips,
Relaxing your hips.
This light moves down your legs to the backs of your knees.
This light washes over your knees.
This light washes over your calves,
The fronts of your shins,
All the way to the bottom of your feet.
Now imagine yourself growing bigger.
You're growing bigger than your room,
Your house.
You're so big that you're in the star realm of the sky.
Collect the stars as if they were parts of your soul or energy that have been given away throughout all the years from people who didn't reciprocate your love.
Claim it all back now.
Imagine you can just collect these stars like picking berries off of a bush and returning them back into your heart.
Imagine the light from these stars growing inside of you so you feel lit up.
What do you imagine your soul looking like?
A crystal or perhaps a bright shining star inside?
Notice how much more space there is inside your chest as you breathe after collecting these star pieces.
Don't take my word for it.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Feel the expansion and relief and pride you have by taking care of yourself,
Growing even more wise with all of the space inside of you.
Then slowly coming back into awareness of your body,
Feeling your feet on the floor.
Just know that you can come back to this visualization anytime you'd like to collect parts of yourself,
To collect your energy that you felt has been dispersed throughout so many conversations and years of interactions.
Call it all back.
This is not the only way to do this.
You can imagine your energy in other ways like I used fruit or whatever brings you joy to collect back into you.
The imagination grows stronger with this practice and it becomes more natural to do this energy collection for yourself.
The next practice we will do is called a self-light bath.
Again bring your attention inwards and rub your hands together to activate heat.
Visualize that familiar beam of light above you and let it enter into your body so you become illuminated and charged with this light again.
Imagine on the palms of your hands were water faucets like on a sink,
Only instead of water this purifying light comes out.
Pretend to turn on knobs on your hands so the faucets of light come out of the palms of your hands.
Run your hands over your hair and body imagining that you're giving yourself a light bath.
Declare I wash away anything that doesn't feel like my best self.
You can touch your body if you'd like to or just remain about an inch away from your body and imagine this light energy energy coming out of your hands running all over your body as you move your hands one by one over each of your body parts.
Make a commitment to yourself.
Remember you wash your hair at least once a week and brush your teeth every day so bring the cleansing energy hands into your routine before you get in bed.
Cleanse yourself and keep your imagination muscle fit as well.
The more often you do this you may start to feel tingling in your hands.
