And then breathe out softly to a count of 6,

Pause for a moment.
And then breathe in you welcome peace and breathe out letting go of hurry.
Breathe in.
Welcome ease.
And breathe out releasing pressure,
Stress or tension.
And now continue for a few more rounds at your own comfortable pace.
Each inhale is gently filling you with fresh possibility.
Every exhale softening any tension you may still be carrying.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
You are here simply breathing in peace.
Breathing out.
Letting go.
