In this Reiki infused meditation,
We'll soften that grip.
You'll be held in gentle healing energy,
Free to let go and realign with the wisdom of your soul.
Simply set the intention to receive,
And the Reiki I'm sending you will meet you in whatever way is best for you right now.
Close your eyes.
Let your breath slow.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Feel the weight of your body being supported.
Let go of tension in your face,
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
Bring awareness to your breath,
Allowing it to move like waves,
Rising and falling.
With every exhale,
Feel yourself softening into trust.
Now invite Reiki to flow like warm light streaming in through your crown.
Feel it move gently through your body,
Down your spine,
Through your arms,
Pooling in your heart center.
Here,
Ask gently,
Where am I holding on to tightly?
It could be a person,
A plan,
A belief.
Whatever arises,
Meet it with love.
Let Reiki surround that feeling.
Wrap it in golden light.
No judgment,
Just compassion.
Now imagine exhaling it out of your body,
A gentle release.
Silently repeat,
I surrender what I cannot control.
I trust the wisdom of life.
Now visualize yourself standing beside a river,
Wide,
Peaceful,
Flowing effortlessly.
You step in.
The water is warm,
Safe,
Supporting you.
Let the current carry away what you've been clinging to.
See it float downstream,
Dissolving,
Transforming into light.
You don't need to steer,
You are held,
You are guided.
Affirm,
I allow life to unfold through me.
I am supported in every moment.
Now return to your breath.
Feel your body.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and strong.
Imagine roots growing from your spine into the earth,
Stabilizing all the shifts that just occurred.
Place your hands over your heart and affirm,
I am open to change.
I let go with grace.
I trust the unfolding.
Take one final breath in,
And slowly exhale.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You are safe.
You are free.
You are exactly where you need to be.
The light in me honors the light in you.
