Finding presence exactly where you are.

Allow the outside energies to melt away.
Allow any outside noises to dissolve from your awareness.
Allow any thoughts or responsibilities that you need to come back to will be waiting for you when this ends.
Allow yourself to simply be here in this moment,
In this presence,
In your beautiful and peaceful essence.
Breathe in through your nose,
Noticing the delicate fresh air as it enters your body.
Hold your breath at the top,
Being conscious of this in-between moment.
When you're ready,
Exhale through your mouth,
Releasing old stagnant energy.
Bring awareness to this moment.
Do not attach to your thoughts.
Do not judge your thoughts.
Simply let them float by.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the abyss.

You are the observer of your thoughts.
When you notice your mind starting to wander,
Simply bring your attention back to this present space.
Breathe in through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Let your thoughts simply pass you by.
Do not attach to them.
Simply be here in this moment.
