Hello and welcome.
This is your time to pause,
To rest,
To receive.
This is a power nap,
A short but potent window of rest.
A gentle reset for your body and mind,
An invitation to soften,
Release,
And re-center from the inside out.
You're allowed to be here.
You're allowed to take this time to care for yourself,
To be still,
To return to your source of stillness.
Wherever you are,
Let yourself get comfortable,
Lying down,
Supported,
With nothing to hold.
Let the surface beneath you rise up to meet your body.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And a soft exhale out of your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in,
And gently let go.
One more time together,
Slowly inhaling,
And a long,
Deep exhale.
There's nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to do.
This moment is yours.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Beginning at the crown of your head,
Imagining a gentle wave of relaxation moving down across your head,
Your face,
Your jaw.
Let each one of your muscles soften.
There is nothing to do,
No one to be.
Just this moment of deep rest.
Let the wave of calm move into your neck and shoulders.
Feel the weight release,
Tension melting away like warm sunlight.
Your arms,
Soft and heavy.
Your chest,
Open,
Peaceful,
At ease.
Feel your breath as it flows in and out naturally,
Effortlessly.
Let your belly soften.
Your hips release.
Your legs sink heavier and heavier into the surface beneath you.
You are supported.
Every part of your being is invited to rest.
Even your thoughts can drift now,
Like clouds passing through a wide open sky.
Nothing needs to be solved.
Nothing needs to be fixed.
Only presence.
Only peace.
You are in a sacred pause.
A reset for your nervous system.
Your heart.
Your spirit.
Trust this rest.
It's here to replenish you.
To return you to balance,
Gently and lovingly.
If you'd like to stay resting,
Allow yourself to drift.
You can let this meditation carry you deeper into stillness or sleep.
There is no rush to return.
But if you're ready to gently reawaken,
We'll return together slowly.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Wiggling your fingers.
Wiggling your toes.
Feel the surface beneath you again.
The aliveness in your body,
Now rested and renewed.
When you're ready,
Bring one hand to your heart.
And one hand to your belly.
Take one more deep breath in.
Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up for you.
For taking this time.
