Begin by finding yourself either sitting or lying down,
Closing your eyes,
Bringing one
hand to your heart and one hand to your belly,
Beginning to feel what is happening in your
body,
Noticing any areas that are having a hard time relaxing.
On an inhale,
Bring awareness to that space,
And on your exhale,
Releasing anything that
doesn't feel good,
Setting an intention to raise your vibration and bring yourself into
your highest alignment in this moment.
Now bringing your attention to your awareness,
To your thoughts,
Simply observing what is going on,
And now letting your left side brain know that it can observe,
But it is not welcome to be a part of this.
Now tuning in to your heart,
Tuning in to the energy moving in your body.
This is your life force energy.
Feeling it moving and swirling in your heart.
On every inhale,
You breathe in more of this beautiful,
Pranic energy.
On your exhale,
Letting go of any energy that is not of the highest vibration.
Feeling your body filling up more and more with this beautiful,
Loving energy.
And the more you feel this swirling within you,
The more present you become.
Perhaps you can feel energy moving at the very top of your head,
At your crown chakra.
This energy is your connection to the higher realms.
It is this energy that helps you to increase your vibration.
On every inhale,
Feel your body being lifted higher.
And on every exhale,
Feel yourself becoming lighter,
Until you feel like you are floating.
Perhaps you feel like you are being held by this beautiful,
White light energy.
And as you feel yourself moving higher,
Your consciousness expands,
Helping you to become more aware of this higher vibration that you are feeling.
Not only within you,
But around you.
Allowing yourself to sit,
To simply be in this space.
Allowing yourself to be charged by this beautiful,
High vibration energy.
Knowing that simply by being in this space,
You are increasing every part of you.
You are expanding every part of you.
On every inhale,
You feel yourself floating higher.
On every exhale,
Your body becomes lighter.
If your mind begins to wander,
Bring it back to the breath.
Very gently begin to bring awareness back into your physical body.
Back into the space that you're in.
Wiggling your fingers.
Wiggling your toes.
Bringing both hands to your heart.
Feeling your heart beating.
Feeling the movement of your chest as you breathe.
And as this meditation comes to an end,
Know that this space,
This energy,
Is always available to you.
Thank yourself for taking the time to feel this beautiful rise in your vibration.
