Hello and welcome.
My name is Aimee and today I'm going to guide you through a meditation while giving you energy healing through both Reiki and light language.
Both will be coming through my hands.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Bringing one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly,
Feeling your chest rising when you inhale and feeling the sweet surrender on your exhale.
It may feel good to close your eyes.
Either way,
You will receive the energy healing,
Allowing yourself to tune into your body.
Tune into any pains or aches that you feel physically,
Inhaling surrender and exhaling any restless or uncomfortable feelings in these areas,
Bringing your attention to your emotional body,
Noticing any emotions that you've had a very hard time letting go of or moving through,
Inhaling surrender and exhaling any attachments that you have to these and now bringing your attention to your thoughts,
Noticing how quickly the chatter of the mind comes back,
Taking you out of the present moment,
Inhaling surrender and exhaling all of the mind chatter that you do not need to hold on to.
When your mind starts to wander,
Bring it back to the breath.
Perhaps you can feel energy beginning to move in your body as this reiki healing moves into the top of your head,
Making its way down your body,
Replacing any challenging emotions or thoughts or feelings with this beautiful golden healing energy.
My intention with this energy healing is that it will meet you exactly where you're at,
Filling every part of your emotional,
Physical and mental bodies with exactly what you need in this moment.
On each inhale,
Breathing in surrender and on every exhale,
Feel your body become lighter and more peaceful.
If you notice any tears or movement in your body,
Wanting to release,
Surrender to this.
Your body knows what it needs to do.
Surrender to this inner knowing.
Inhale surrender and exhale resistance.
Inhale surrender and exhale resistance.
Inhale surrender and exhale resistance.
Allow yourself to feel the peacefulness and calm that you have helped to create in your own body,
Your own energy field,
Your aura,
And setting the intention to release your grip on anything that is no longer serving you so that everything that is meant for you will find its way to you exactly how it's meant to.
Begin bringing awareness back into your body,
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Moving your head from side to side.
Now bring both hands to your heart,
Allowing yourself to be fully present with the movement of your chest as you breathe,
Thanking yourself for showing up today.
