In this meditation we're gonna connect with your intuition so you can come up with new creative ideas or solutions or just live a more creative way as a creator.
In the most logical way we talk about decreasing the brainwave states because that has been researched to show more creativity,
Less stress and better focus.
But in a spiritual sense we talk about activating the creative center,
That is your heart.
And personally when I live in my heart,
When I tap into my heart rather than being in my mind,
I know the good ideas come in a much more effortless way.
So that's why I tap into my intuition and you can decide if you have any intention with this meditation,
Any intention for what you want to use your creative center for.
So let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Closing down your eyes and just slowly out,
Just feeling your body becoming a little bit more relaxed.
Allowing yourself to arrive to this moment without any thoughts,
Without any worries and just continuing to take these deep breaths in through your nose,
Feeling your shoulders dropping,
Just continuing with making the out breaths longer than the inhales,
Just relaxing your body,
Relaxing your face,
Your jaw,
Relaxing your neck,
Allowing yourself to just let go of any past,
Future and sit in the now just for a moment.
And just again,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Your arms,
Relaxing your hands,
Relaxing your chest,
All the way through your back,
Down your spine,
Relaxing your stomach,
Relaxing your feet and taking the deepest breath you've taken so far today,
Just completely letting go.
And now continuing this breath three seconds in,
Five seconds out.
You can make your out breath longer by pushing your lips together,
Almost like you're blowing through a straw.
So three seconds in,
Five seconds out.
Let's start putting our attention on our heartbeat,
Visualizing the way your heart looks from the inside,
Feeling the beats,
Imagining,
Even if you don't know exactly what it looks like,
Imagining your heart beating,
Feeling the energy it pushes out throughout your body.
And to activate the creative center fully,
I'm gonna use emotion.
So just remember the last time you were truly excited,
Or truly happy.
And once you remember the moment,
Put your attention back to your heart and keep breathing while holding this image.
Just feeling that emotion,
Becoming bigger for every breath you take,
Feeling the emotion start from the heart,
Spreading throughout your veins,
For every breath you take,
Grows just a little bit stronger.
Your body is becoming more light.
Maybe you can feel the vibration starting around your heart center.
Just feeling the vibrations in your body,
Feeling the vibrations in your heart.
The emotion spreading throughout every cell and every part of your body.
And seeing if you can continue this breath and expand this feeling outside of your body.
And imagining feeling this emotion and letting it fill the entire room.
See if you can paint the walls with your emotion.
Feel the whole room while still being connected to your heart.
You can drop the memory and just hold on to the emotion.
And holding the emotion,
The feeling,
Close to your heart.
And now just letting yourself breathe normally.
Feeling the sensation.
Knowing that you've activated your creative center.
Now inviting back the intention that you've had.
Or if you feel like creating one now.
And now I'm just going to leave you in this sensation.
And just allowing yourself to come back.
Knowing that you've activated your creative center,
Your intuition.
And promising yourself to use this energy into something good.
Something meaningful for you today.
So promise yourself to not go straight into any stimulation if you can.
Just allow yourself to be in this energy for a while.
Journal,
Think,
Continue your meditation in silence.
And see what comes up.
Just allowing yourself to come back to this moment.
Come back to your body.
The more you practice this,
The easier it gets to stay in your creative center.
To live with intuition.
