This guided experience is for you to shift from a state of anxiety and frustration into a more peaceful and joyful start of your day.

All you need to do is just number one listen to my voice and number two just relax as much as you can.

Whenever you're ready just lay down or sit with your back straight in an upward position.

Let's just start by taking a deep breath in for your nose and a longer out breath.

Just signaling your body to relax.

One more breath like this.

Deep in and slow out.

Just letting go of any thoughts.

Letting go of any worries.

Letting your heart keep racing if it wants to.

Just allowing it without putting too much attention to it.

Just allowing yourself to start becoming a little bit more relaxed.

And I want you to imagine that your eyelids are getting heavy and stuck.

And the more you try to open your eyes the more stuck they get and the better it feels throughout your body.

As your eyelids are completely stuck you can give it a gentle test to see if you can open them and realize that your eyes are completely shut and it feels comforting.

Maybe even a little bit peaceful.

And when I say eyes open you're going to be able to open your eyes.

And when I say sleep again you're going to close your eyes and go even deeper into a relaxed state.

One,

Two,

Three,

Eyes open.

And just sleep.

Eyes open.

And just sleep.

Eyes open.

Three,

Two,

One and just sleep.

All the way down.

All the way deep and just allowing yourself to become super relaxed.

Allowing yourself to be here and listen to nothing but my voice.

Just feeling your heartbeat slowing down just a little bit.

Feeling the tension in your jaw being let go of.

Tension in your face relaxed.

And just starting to relax in your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Relaxing your chest,

Your back,

Your stomach.

Taking a deep breath in for your stomach and relaxing your legs,

Relaxing your feet.

And just seeing if there's anywhere in your body that's still under tension.

Then let's just take a breath into this part.

Deep breath in and a slow powerful breath out.

Just allowing yourself to let go of any stress just for a moment.

Something you can pick up later throughout the day if you want to.

Right now let's just imagine how it feels to walk into this day without this anxiety.

What would that look like?

In four hours of time what would you be doing and feeling after walking through this day without stress,

Without any anxious thoughts?

Where would you be?

And how does that feel in your body?

The thing about visualizing something is that you're actually creating a potential future.

If it's real in your mind it can become real in your life.

But the only way to make an experience real that is from your mind is to act like that person you're visualizing.

In the Bible it says be,

Do and have.

First you are a peaceful person and then you do peaceful things and then you have peace in your life.

So just asking yourself walking into this day what would the peaceful person do right now?

Is there anything I can let go of?

Is there anything I can simply say not today?

Maybe all you need today is a shift of perception,

Looking at the challenge in a different way,

Looking at it as an opportunity to practice your peace,

To practice being strong or to practice doing the thing even if you have no direction or no clarity on what is going to happen.

Sometimes anxiety is just a negative imagination experienced in your mind.

What if you would shift that image in your mind today and let it be fully positive,

Fully peaceful.

And let's just start grounding this peace into your body.

We're gonna do 10 deep breaths in and slow breaths out just like you're blowing inside a straw.

So taking breath in through your nose and through a straw.

Just breathing peace in,

Feeling up with confidence.

Just knowing that everything is perfect right now.

Take a breath in.

You might just feel your body becoming completely relaxed and at ease.

This breath is a perfect breath you can do throughout the day to signal your nervous system that you're safe.

Even if your environment tells something else.

Just take two more together.

Last one.

I want you to take the deepest breath you've taken so far today and slowly out.

Just walking into this day with the knowledge that you've made it so far.

That you have all the tools to make it through this day too.

And not only making it through the day but thriving through the day.

Seeing your problems as solutions or potentialities of new unexperienced realities.

And just deciding in your mind to not make the image so dark and gray but making it colorful and happy and peaceful.

So that your emotions shift into a more peaceful state.

Have an amazing day.

Thank you.
