The more you try to open your eyes,

So you can give it a gentle try and feel how stuck your eyes are getting more and more.
And it feels good in your entire body as it's just getting more and more stuck.
You can feel the rest of your body becoming glued to where it's touching your bed or your chair.
The more you try to move,

You can feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.

Don't force a visualization.
So just allow yourself to start walking down this path.
And then for every step you take,
You can feel your body relaxing.
Just dragging one leg after the other.
This becoming more relaxed for every step.
Just dragging your body.
Almost feeling like it's slowing down for every step.
And now just imagine yourself falling down on the path,
With your stomach down.
And imagine seeing yourself from a third person perspective.
Seeing yourself laying there.
Just a body.
Now just imagine that this body is not you.
We can see into this mind.
We can see it like a TV screen.
So we start looking on this person's relationships.
How's the relationship really going?
You can see it happening on the screen.
And you can see his family.
And the relationship he has or her.
To each and one of the family members.
And inside this person's mind,
You can now ask questions to the person laying there.
And it will answer with absolute truth.
Just ask that person laying there on the path.
What's the relationships the family and the community are really going?
And then ask what about the relationships with the people around you?
Partner?
Friends?
And what about the relationship with yourself?
Are you fully loving yourself?
Are you fully loving yourself?
Ask that person.
Now TV screens starts flipping to health.
You can see the way this person eats,
Trains,
And take care of its mind.
And you can ask any questions.
You can ask what is the real situation of your health?
Just receive that.
On the screen you can see poverty,
Wealth written all over the screen.
And you can take a real look into the financial situation,
The business and work situation,
The professional side of it.
You can ask the person laying on the path.
What's your real financial situation?
What's your business or job situation really?
And if there's any other question you want to ask,
Since this person will now answer,
Honestly,
You can even ask what is the next real big or small step that you can take to better the important areas.
And now if there's one of these areas or details that this person laying on the path told you that made you feel something extra,
Something you want to take an extra look at.
Now imagine in front of you there are two paths.
And at the start of these paths,
I want you to put down the choice you made,
The category you've chosen.
If that is the finances,
If that is the diet,
If that is the gym,
If that is the partner,
Just put this right in front of you.
And now again,
Imagine walking down the left path.
And this person that you're looking at,
It's just taking the same steps,
Thinking about it the same way and just continuing doing the same thing,
Expecting a completely different result.
And you're watching this person go week after week,
Month after month,
Doing the same thing.
And as you can see,
Things are not getting better.
They're just getting worse and worse with more stress and more anxiety and more problems.
And you can see that this path never really leads anywhere until the day that it gets so bad that this person you're watching has to change.
And that is the second this person runs back back to where you started.
And now instead of going down the left path,
Going down the right path,
This is the new way.
You're watching this person without limits,
Without any sense of stuckness,
Without any sense of hopelessness or fear.
This person is acting from willingness,
From acceptance,
From joy,
Walking forward with any challenge,
Being able to find a solution.
And for every step that this person takes,
You can see the different way of thinking,
Acting,
Trying new things,
Going outside of the zone of comfort,
Expanding the comfort zone,
But using the comfort zone more as a playground,
Testing,
Seeing what works,
Seeing what doesn't work,
Continuing forward.
And you can see that even on this path,
There were some challenges.
The challenges still came up,
But it was the way that this person handled the situations that changed.
That was different.
And for every month,
Every week,
Every week that you're watching,
It's becoming better and better and better.
As the character you're watching has been focusing on a certain area of its life.
And looking back over those months,
Being proud of itself,
You can see a pattern of true honesty with where it started and a willingness to get better and an allowance for it to be bad right now,
An allowance to become better.
And with all of that pressure gone,
It just got better and better and better.
And going forward to the end of this path,
Today you have a decision to choose.
If you intend to make this part of your life better,
You know where to put your attention.
You've already known,
You've always known,
If you just thought that you needed outside perspective,
Outside tips or ideas,
Even though you already have the answers,
You just didn't dare to listen to them.
So allow yourself to take what you want forward,
To choose a different path,
To be the person that you desire to be,
To decide that today is the day that you show up for yourself.
Today's the day you allow yourself to be a student to see the path clearly,
To accept the challenges that you have and to intend to make the situation better.
Because without acceptance,
We have resistance and what we resist persists.
What we're actively trying to push away is still in our attention.
So just allow and let go and intend to get just a little bit better today.
