This guided experience is for you to feel a little bit more peace in the now and grounding yourself into the present moment and also creating the driver for the future.

So first we're going to do a grounding exercise and then we're going to start by visualizing our futures so you can create the motivation and inspiration to take the necessary steps forward.

So if you're ready,

If you're sitting down,

You're laying down,

Let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out.

Letting the out breath be longer than inhale.

One more.

Just letting go of any thoughts,

Any worries,

Any tough feelings just for a moment.

You can pick them back up later.

Right now just listen to my voice.

Nothing but my voice.

In a moment I'm going to say sleep and when I do you're not going to fall asleep but you're going to go into a deep relaxed state in three,

Two,

One and just sleep all the way down,

All the way deep,

Relaxing fully and focusing on my voice.

And now,

Start by just relaxing our face.

Let go of any tension in your jaw,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

Let go of any tension in your hands,

Your chest,

Your back,

All the way down through to your stomach.

Let go of your legs,

Your feet.

Just fully relaxing,

Allowing yourself to be and become even more,

Even 10% more relaxed.

Before we go in,

I want to remind you that everything right now is perfect.

Any frustration that you might be feeling,

Any feeling of lost is perfect.

It doesn't mean that anything is wrong.

It simply means that something needs your attention.

And what that is,

Only you know.

And we understand this when we let ourselves relax,

When we let ourselves sit in the silence,

In the beat in between,

In the silence between words,

In the nights between the days.

Now,

I want you to imagine that your eyelids are getting heavy and stuck.

And the more you try to open your eyes,

The more heavy and stuck they get and the more calm you can feel in your body.

You can feel it spreading throughout your body,

All the way down,

All the way deep.

And the more stuck they get,

The more relaxed you feel in every muscle,

In every fiber of your body.

And when I say eyes open,

You're going to be able to open your eyes.

When I say sleep again,

You'll close your eyes and go 10 times even deeper into a relaxed state.

One,

Two,

Three,

Eyes open.

And just sleep.

Eyes open.

And just sleep.

Eyes open.

One,

Three,

Two,

One.

And sleep all the way down,

All the way deep.

Understanding that the only limit that we have to our relaxation is the limit we decide ourselves.

So just allowing yourself to go even deeper,

Even more relaxed.

And allowing yourself to walk forward in this journey that my sister's mom's grandmother always talked about.

It's not so much about the goal,

It's always about the journey.

So just allowing yourself to be here,

Listening to my voice and relaxing even more.

Even deeper this time.

I want you to imagine that you're walking down this path.

It's a path down your favorite place.

You can see the surroundings.

Maybe it's in a forest,

On a beach,

In the mountains.

You can see and hear everything going around you.

As you start walking down this path of life,

You realize that everything is exactly the way it should be right now.

You realize that for every step you take forward on this path,

You're actually walking towards your goals.

Even if it might not feel like it.

But looking back the journey,

You realize that every mistake,

Every shortcoming,

Every challenge you had,

Has led you up to this moment.

And that mathematically makes this moment perfect.

It's a moment of perfect opportunity.

With the ability to create anything that you want.

And to create anything that you want is not so much about getting or creating something other than stepping into that part of yourself.

And allowing yourself to fully be and express yourself as this creation,

This identity.

As you're walking down this path in your favorite place,

Feeling relaxed and calm,

And knowing that everything is perfect.

There are two paths that appears.

It's a crossroad.

And as you move towards this crossroad,

There are two choices you can make in this moment.

You can either walk down the path to the left,

Which is the known path,

The ordinary path.

And looking down this path,

You take a step out.

And you realize that this path only leads to exactly the same results that you ever and always had.

It's leading you to the exact income,

The exact love,

The exact health,

The exact growth that you've always had.

And you don't even want to walk down that path because there's nothing there for you.

If you felt like life has become certain and known,

It's because you're not acting like someone new.

And even months down this road,

Nothing has ever happened.

Things haven't even got better.

It has actually gone quite worse.

And for every month that you keep on walking down this path,

It feels like you're growing.

It feels like you're going somewhere.

But you're actually getting worse and worse and worse.

So you walk back to the crossroad.

You start walking down the right path.

And it really feels like the right path.

You have the confidence of knowing that everything is perfect right now.

So instead of asking yourself,

What do I need to do?

You ask yourself,

What do I actually want to do?

Who do I want to become?

What's my desire in this world?

And even if you don't fully know the journey,

You can already look ahead on this path looking down a year,

Looking down five years,

Ten years.

You have everything you've ever wanted in your life.

You have the physical body that you've always desired.

You have the mental strength that you always wanted.

You have the spiritual growth because of the person you've become.

You have the finances.

You have everything that you've set out to get.

But looking down this path,

You realize that it wasn't any big jumps.

There wasn't any huge choices that you had to make.

Looking back,

You realize that the first day was just one step.

It was just one step in the right direction.

You took one slow,

Small step down the right path simply by asking yourself,

Who do I want to be in ten years?

And you continued just taking one step after the other,

Having no expectations of what was going to happen,

Because you've been trying to make things happen your whole life,

And you realize that it doesn't really help.

It's not about finding clarity and never being lost.

It's about realizing that you might always be lost,

But knowing the direction that you're walking and trusting life that you will end up exactly where you want to be.

In the end,

By following that intuition,

By following that excitement,

And following what you actually want to do in this world,

Because that will bring you into everything you ever wanted.

And walking down the right path makes you feel confident,

And you can feel it maybe even in your chest.

And breathing into your body,

You feel it in every cell,

Every being of your body,

How good it feels to be on the right path.

And understanding that you've always been on the right path.

And it's not that you ever shifted path.

It's just that sometimes you have to take a wrong road to understand it's time to turn back.

And that guidance you have within,

That guidance sits in the silence.

So today you feel a growing desire to take that first step,

To take that second step,

And to start walking in the direction of your dreams.

Not by pushing yourself,

Not by forcing yourself,

But by taking these small effortless steps towards your excitement.

And waking up today,

When I tell you to open your eyes,

You'll feel this pressure lifted off your chest.

The weight of your shoulders might even be gone.

You feel this excitement and happiness about life again.

Understanding that you're exactly where you need to be right now.

In a moment I'm gonna say eyes open.

When I do,

You're gonna be able to open your eyes.

In three,

Two,

One.

Eyes open,

Wide awake,

Wide awake.
