If you want to create a meaningful business or hit a goal that actually matters without forcing, Without pushing your way forward for the rest of your life, Then this future self-visualization is for you to make you aware of the future, Continuing the way you're acting and thinking and feeling right now and instead rewire yourself to act, Think and feel like your future self already today. My name is Amadeus and I'm a breakthrough specialist and I help heart-led business owners take big leaps without force but by removing the mental blocks in between you and your goals. For this visualization you can lie down, All you have to do is just listen to my voice, Relax as much as you can and just start by closing down your eyes, Like always taking a big breath in through your nose and out, Allowing yourself to relax, To become just a little bit more comfortable and let's take one more big breath in through your nose and pause, One more sip in and then slowly breathing out, One more breath just like this, Breath in, Another sip in and slowly out, Just feeling how your body is getting heavier, Feeling your head, Your neck, Shoulders becoming heavier, Your arms, Your hands becoming heavier, Your back, Your legs, Feeling the relaxation spreading all the way from your head to your toes, All the way down, All the way deep, Just allowing this relaxation to spread throughout your body and imagining that you're in a safe space, That you're protected by the earth, There's a protection above you, Nothing can come in, Nothing can come out, Just allowing yourself to rest for a moment, Allowing yourself to just listen to my voice as you're feeling the relaxation spreading into every cell of your body and allowing it to increase as I count down from ten down to nine, Feeling your body getting heavier, Down to eight, Down to seven and seeing the numbers count down in your mind and as you're approaching zero, Becoming more and more relaxed, Down to five, Relaxing your jaw, The muscles in your face, Letting your breath be natural, We're approaching three and just stopping for a moment, Reminding yourself again that you're allowed to relax as much as you can, As much as you want, Remembering that the only limit to our own relaxation is the limit we put on our own minds, Just allowing yourself to become even more relaxed, Even more comfortable as we go down, Two, To one and once I say sleep, You're not going to fall asleep but you're going to go into a deep relaxed state and allowing yourself to go even ten percent, Maybe even ten times deeper into relaxation and understanding you decide in three, Two, One and just sleep all the way down, All the way deep, Fully relaxed, Fully here, It does not matter if you're here because you feel like you could be more, It doesn't matter if you're here because you're excited for the future or if you're scared about the future, We're going to take a look at the two paths that you have, The two choices you can make from today and seeing how it's playing out in your life but first allow yourself to realize that everything is perfect right now, Just like you already know, Knowing that everything has led you up to this moment, To this choice that you're in front of right now you want to do something meaningful, You want to create something that actually matters there's a lot of responsibility with that or at least so it could feel but as we're approaching the path, The crossroad where you can choose where you want to walk you can see on your left-handed side there's a path and this is actually your limited self this is the path that we walk automatically, This is the path where we never walk into any kind of discomfort or new or unknown this is you continuing to walk the way you've been walking before and as you start walking down this path of this limited self, You take a step down this path and you get teleported one month into the future you look back, You're sitting down, Journaling about the month that I've just passed you can feel the stress in your body increasing you can feel how stuck you still feel after one month you have nothing you want to share with the people you love another month has passed and nothing seems to have happened you know you have so many big ideas, So many big plans and you know when you look yourself into the future, You know that you have so much potential you have so many lives you want to change taking another step down this path you get teleported six months into the future and by now you can still feel the tough emotions in your body but there's also something more there's regret there's shame things haven't actually gotten any better at all you even started doubting yourself for choosing this path for not choosing a more simple and easy way even if it doesn't matter as much for you you're wondering if this path is even for you things seem to be getting worse every month and sometimes you get a little spark of excitement, A little spark of hope but then just a few days later you go back to being your limited self you're teleported one year into the future you're sitting at Christmas with the people you love and that one person that you love so much asks you how is it going with that journey of yours? How is it going with your big plans? And you can feel your whole body is wanting to hide you can feel how you tense up how you don't even know what to say, How to express yourself and with a pain in your stomach you say it's going well I'm getting there and that was the first time you had to lie for the last year continuing down this path two years, Five years ten years, Twenty years, Thirty years you're seeing your kids grow up your parents passing away nothing has happened and all of a sudden you're in front of a big squeaky gate and today is your own funeral and have lived in this limited self for so many years for a lifetime of not showing up for yourself of not fully expressing your gifts of not actually taking that big scary step that you knew you should have taken you walk into your own funeral and as you're walking in you can see your best friend holding a speech about who you were about how you had these big dreams of yours so you take a seat you look around at the people who are there and you listen you know this is not the only path you could have walked there's another way of living there's one path, The right path where you understand you're a creator of everything that nothing has to do with your environment that everything is about removing your mental blocks and actually taking the steps that you know you want to do you're not different than your hero you're more powerful than you can ever imagine so you go back to the crossroad and you look down the right-handed path and you can see that this is your real path and taking a step down this path you get teleported one month into the future and again reflecting on the month that has been wondering where all this magic came from wondering how you can feel so good with yourself you chose to bet on yourself not only bet on yourself but also you decided that you are good enough you decided that you're deserving for a limitless life because we all are and looking back, Journaling on the month that has been you sit there and you smile you feel proud for the way you've been thinking for the way you've been acting and for the way you've been feeling you take a few more steps down this path and you feel your shoulders coming back you can see your self-confidence finally coming back into your life you feel alive you realize that that meaningful goal was hidden behind a fear was hidden by a fake feeling of not being able to do it not having the resources not being the right kind of person and once you realized it was all fake once you realized you were actually able and you started taking the steps you're now six months into the future and your whole body feels alive not a single part of your body is sleeping everything is just moving your business is moving, Your goals are being hit the people around you are asking you what is going on with you all you did was putting yourself first putting your big desires, Your big dreams and your big goals first when people talk about being on cloud nine that is now your life yes, It's full of uncertainty, Of some discomfort but you know that walking this path is your limitless self and everything feels easy everything feels simple you take another step you're one year into the future it's Christmas the people around you the people that you love that one person is asking you what happened you smile to yourself you feel the proudness in your heart you feel the confidence in your stomach you feel the self-respect in your shoulders you say everything is going good it's actually going better and better and that was the first time in years that you realized how far you've come that was the first time in a long time you could fully be proud of yourself for betting on yourself you get teleported five years, Ten years, Twenty years, Thirty years you're seeing your kids grow up they want to learn from you they want to know how you did it why you became who you are as powerful and limitless as you are on your parents deathbed all they can say is how proud of you they were and once again you're in front of a big squeaky door and it's time after I've lived a long healthy, Prosperous, Abundant and peaceful life chasing your biggest desires and hitting them following your excitement and being the person you knew you were meant to be on this planet you walk down the hallway to your own funeral but this time it's a completely different energy in the church you're listening to your best friend who's talking about how proud they are and how much of an inspiration you've become for them and for the people around you and you take a seat at the back of the church and you sit there and you listen you are as powerful as you want to be you decide exactly which path you're going to take and if the path seems like a big thing to do realize that walking down a path is simply taking one step one foot after the other it's about taking one moment and one day and deciding which side you want to walk on do you want to walk in fear? Or do you want to walk towards your dreams? You make the choice make the choice
