To master your body and your mind,

You need to be able to relax.

You need to be able to relax your body and your mind and lower your brainwave state so that you can access the function of imagination.

So start by sitting up in a comfortable seated position with your back straight up.

And let's just start by taking these four seconds in and six seconds out breaths.

So breathing in,

Four,

And out for six,

Six.

Continuing this is by pressing your lips together on the out breath.

We're going to do 10 of these.

Feeling your body relaxing more and more,

Allowing yourself to fully be here without thoughts,

Without any emotions.

Just letting everything go for a minute.

Continuing the breath,

Taking a breath in and one more sip in and out.

And you're signaling your body that you're completely safe.

One more sip in,

Letting go of any stress,

Letting go of any anxiety,

Three more.

Feeling your body becoming super relaxed,

Comfortable.

Last one,

Sip in and out.

Now,

Start relaxing your face.

See if there's any muscles in your face that you can relax,

Your nose,

Maybe your jaws.

It's relaxing your jaws fully,

Relaxing any other muscles in the face,

Relaxing your neck,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Relaxing your stomach,

Relaxing your back from lower to upper.

Relaxing your chest once again,

Down to your stomach.

That's where that stomach is taking a big breath in and blowing up your stomach like a balloon and letting it go,

Fully relaxing.

Letting go of any tension in your legs,

Any tension in your feet and just feeling how comfortable,

How peaceful and how relaxing your body feels as you're allowing yourself to get even more relaxed.

As you're sitting here,

You can imagine yourself being in the favorite place.

Maybe it's in the forest,

On a beach,

At home in your room and just feeling the safety and comfort that this place brings to you and allowing it to spread throughout your body.

As you're continuing to breathe these four seconds in,

Six seconds out,

Feeling yourself becoming even more relaxed,

Even more peaceful.
