In this micropractice, we don’t wait to be done with a task. Instead we, stop, drop the phone, close the laptop, and/or turn off our screens. Then, stand and feel both feet making contact with the floor. Take a breath and look out the window or at something you love. In just two minutes, you can return to your task renewed.
