
Loving Kindness Chant
Mindfulness is often described as having two wings: awareness and compassion. Loving kindness or metta is one way to directly cultivate the compassionate wing—both for ourselves, others, and all beings everywhere. In this recording, I offer a chanted version, which I find opens the heart even wider. I hope you will feel invited to chant along with me.
