Transform any limiting belief with powerful breathwork in this guided meditation. Here you will use the three-part breath - two inhales with the first inhale being into your belly and the second inhale being into your chest, followed by a single exhale. This breath is best when you are active, engaged, and hold your focus on your body. When you do this, the breath supports the nervous system to release stored energy that has been held there. Very powerful when done correctly.

Welcome to the Limiting Belief Breath Work.

You're going to hold your awareness on the limiting belief as much as you can throughout this process.

You're going to let the information that arises from your awareness to the limiting belief bring forth anything that needs to come through,

And you're going to use the breath to support the bodies to move the energy through.

So you can start by first stating the limiting belief out loud and recognizing,

Is there any part of your body that becomes triggered when you speak it out loud?

If there is,

You're going to hold your awareness on that place as well.

If not,

Then you're just going to focus on the breath and the limiting belief,

Okay?

You're going to be doing the three-part breath where you inhale twice,

One deep into the belly first,

Second into the chest,

And then a full exhalation.

The power of this breath is really up to you and how much you show up today.

We're going to start rhythmically,

But then I will invite you through the process to invite yourself more into the breath.

Let's begin.

Bringing your awareness to your body and beginning the three-part breath.

Finding a rhythm that right now feels very easeful and nurturing for yourself.

As you allow yourself to sink into this breath,

As you allow your physical body to relax,

Your emotional body to open and relax,

Your mental body to relax,

And all thoughts,

Experiences outside of this moment to let go.

Focusing on the breath,

Finding that rhythm,

Finding where the breath feels supportive,

Nurturing,

And nourishing to the body right now.

Spirit body is relaxing.

Beautiful.

And here in this place of relaxation and connection,

We invite in your limiting belief.

Bring it into your awareness,

And keep breathing.

Noticing how your body responds,

And keep breathing.

Now we begin to open up all of the fields of information.

Higher self opening up memories,

Opening up experiences,

To anything and everything that is relevant to this belief structure,

And letting it go.

So with your focus on this belief,

And if there is a part of your body,

You can focus your attention there as well,

Maintaining the breath.

We begin to invite your bodies to communicate to you how this belief has shown up in your life.

What are the memories?

What are the experiences of this belief?

What desires to be known about this belief?

Keep breathing and trusting everything that's occurring.

Higher self,

Everything that is coming into the awareness,

Known and unknown,

Is being tagged.

What is this limiting belief desire to teach you?

To tell you?

To show you?

Right now,

There's an invitation to take your breath a little bit deeper,

If it's possible,

If that feels good to you.

Deeper into your belly,

Deeper into yourself,

Opening up the wisdom.

What is this belief here to show you?

What is it desire to reveal to you?

Letting everything occur perfectly,

Whether you are receiving the answers or not,

Knowing that all is perfect,

Focused on the breath.

The breath supporting this process.

The breath is the center of this process.

Something that you have not yet seen or experienced?

Just breathe and allow,

Opening up all fields of information even more,

Bringing forth any wisdom,

Anything that needs to be seen and brought into love light for this process.

Ourselves tagging everything,

Bodies opening,

Opening deeper into the self,

Bodies revealing,

Releasing,

Allowing for more,

Vulnerability,

For more connection to self.

If there is strong sensation,

Try to relax your body and breathe.

Try to relax into the sensation.

Let go of any tension,

Any resistance to the sensation.

Take your breath into the resistance.

Soften the body.

Be more present with the inhale,

The exhale,

Opening up the quantum field,

Any quantumly entangled lives,

Experiences,

Densities,

Dimensions,

Planes of existence.

We are allowing these energies to be activated now.

Again,

Being fully present with your breath.

Let your breath do all of the work.

Soften into that breath,

Into that rhythm.

Let the breath do the work.

Softening the body.

Try yourself tagging all that comes from the quantum field into awareness,

Love,

Light.

Tagging all that comes from the quantum field.

Keep breathing.

Moving it,

Accessing the nervous system,

Allowing for any energies that are of resonance to begin to come into awareness from the nervous system and move with the breath.

Be released out through the breath,

Activating the nervous system now,

Activating the ancestral energies,

Activating the DNA and the genetics,

Allowing all of these to be cleansed,

Purified through the breath,

Bringing all into awareness,

Higher selves begin to transmute all energies that have been tagged,

Going all the way back to the core,

The root,

The source,

The beginning,

Transmuting everything and doing a massive change history in everything after that once it is complete.

Listening to your own wisdom,

Listening to yourself.

This is you supporting you.

Where does your breath desire to go?

How does your breath desire to be deeper,

Faster maybe?

And open up yourself to that.

Experience that right now.

Shifting all in the nervous system,

Releasing that out through the breath.

Shifting out the ancestral genetics DNA out through the breath.

Shifting the physical body out through the breath.

The psyche,

Opening up the identity,

Bringing forth any attachments that identity has to this limiting belief structure and bringing that into awareness,

Higher selves tagging these attachments held by the identity.

Breathe as we are bringing in even more energy,

Activating all bodies even more now.

Activating even more higher selves transmuting the attachments of the identity all the way back to the core and doing a massive change history and everything that is needed throughout the ego identity to release,

To let go everywhere that it is held in the being on all energetic levels,

Hear this version of you and breathe.

Keep the breath going as we activate the version of you now within your physical,

Emotional,

Mental and spirit bodies,

Activating this frequency within all chakras,

Higher selves,

Bringing in the light,

The light of this version,

The light of this desired vibratory self that no longer identifies with this limiting belief that perceives and thus experiences reality through the transmutation of this limiting belief,

Activating the being through this frequency of light.

Now,

As you are breathing now,

Keep the breath going.

You're breathing in this frequency of light into every single photon and atom.

Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in all the way to the top.

Allow the breath to hold you.

This new identity is anchoring,

Anchoring into you at a cellular level,

Hold it for as long as you can.

Keep holding it as long as you can.

When you can no longer hold it,

You may release it.

Once you release it,

You just soften.

Soften the breath.

Soften everything.

And just simply feel.

Feel right now what your body feels.

Feel everything that's in your space.

No judgment here.

Just presence.

Not needing anything to be different than what currently is.

Be fully present to it.

And I want you to recognize right now that you have literally changed.

You have changed.

I am different now.
