Allow the intelligence of the words or the sound or the energy to help you naturally.
You just have to let go of the resistance to it.
A couple of nice deep breaths in through the nose,

So don't worry.
Make whatever noise comes to your space.
Noticing what that sound or that expression does for you,
Assisting in the letting go.
Bringing in the intention for your individual self to really open up your heart chakra,
To connect to self,

However you want to word it.
Setting an intention right now.

Drawing your awareness down to your root chakra.
Nice deep breaths there.
Allowing the chakra in this very moment to relax,

Connection to the earth,
Connection to Gaia,
Connection to the physical.
Relax your bottom,

Relax your hips.
Bringing in the color of red,
Either through your vision or through your knowing or through your intention,
Bringing that color into your root chakra.

Connecting to your foot chakras,
Knowing that they connect very closely to the root chakra.
And allowing within the feet and the root to connect to the energetic heartbeat of our divine mother,

As if you are a baby in the womb connecting to her heartbeat.

To match her heartbeat.
Surrendering to her.
Surrendering to that beautiful sound of her heart.
As if you are a child laying on your mother's chest,
Comforted by that consistent,

Just taking a moment here at the heart space to draw awareness to the front chakra and the back chakra to just take some breaths here.

You can begin to feel the circulation from your heart to your hands to your heart to your hands to your heart to your hands.
Just breathe and allow that circulation to naturally take place.

You can drop them for a moment.

I want you to hum very lightly.
Make the sound be in your throat,
Not in your mouth.
Find the pitch where it enters the throat.

Awareness up to the third eye,

This can be an intense one.
We're not going to spend a lot of time there right now.
If you're feeling any kind of pressure in your head already,
Just try to relax wherever the pressure is.
If you're feeling pressure,
Focus on the pressure.

You can invite light into the front and back chakras.
Like you're opening up the shades of your vision.

So taking a moment to acknowledge that,
