This is a light language,

And energy transmission.
I will be using words to guide you through the process,
Guide you through the meditation.
And I will also be invoking energy and using light language and sound transmission to help you move through your process.
It's important during this process to breathe and to relax.
These energies are very powerful and they can sometimes cause temporary discomfort as awareness,
As light is drawn to blocks,
Trauma,
Shadows,
Limiting beliefs and structures within the bodies.
So it's important if you feel any discomfort of any kind to breathe into the discomfort,
Meaning hold your awareness on the discomfort,
Relax and breathe.
Breathing primarily into your diaphragm first and then following with your chest.
I will remind you of this throughout the process.
So let's start by just simply taking some conscious breaths.
Breathing into the diaphragm,
Exhaling out the mouth.
Breathing into the diaphragm,
Receiving,
Expanding,
Breathing out of the mouth,
Letting go.
And just allowing awareness to rest softly on yourself at this moment.
To rest softly on the body,
On you.
Continue to breathe as a very soft,
Tender and caring love is brought into your space.
Utilizing once again the breath,
Begin to inhale,
Receive this love in through your mouth,
In through the lungs and pull it down into the diaphragm.
On every inhalation allow yourself to receive this tender,
Divine love.
On the exhale,
Focusing on releasing,
Letting go.
Maintain your focus there as I begin to bring in some sounds.

Reprogram this rigidity into fluidity.

Drawing awareness to these spaces now in the quantum field and the multimensional being itself bringing in white frequency,
White light frequency into these spaces to allow once again fluidity into this particular life,

Notice once again that fluidity,
How you naturally receive and let go.

It is the space of fluidity of love through you.

I had multiple hippo-yawns throughout this, which I sense were super releasing indicators. Excellently intense & thorough meditation, cannot wait to do it again. Another time perhaps you could mention how long to wait/integrate after doing something this intense. 🌊Personally I find it too easy to go right on to other meditations, which can muddy the energetic waters, so to speak.
